Hello Hannah!!! It's so nice to do once again that session which gets me more balance and strength in my legs!!! Love it really!!! Thank you sweet teacher for your work so effective!!! On Saturday morning, I did a hike during 3 hours with such wonderful joy to be in woods and to enjoy the amazing seing on the sea and the island front to Tahiti which is called Moorea. Yesss!!! A so nice moment!!! But on the following evening, all my body hurt me, especially the joints of my hips, my knees and my ankles. So on Sunday, I took a welcoming rest, and today I did that one with you !!! Yesss! But now, I'd like to go on with a stretching and relaxing session; Thanks a lot for everything sweet Hannah! Namaste.

Hello Hannah! Waow so nice!!! Several years ago I used those exercises during fitness workout, and I'm so pleased to realize that my muscles didn't forget it... so I had fun during that half an hour workout, and for a week-end, I think that it's enough, lol...hihihi!
