Hello Hannah!!! Just done it and feel so good that I'm going to do the next one! I don't know if it's me, but I really feel that this time is not enough. I feel that everything goes too fast. It's sure that I live generally in a dream as a bubble without shape. Yes, it seems that I'm always beside the real. It’s normal Moga. In Moving Mango method, I do have some adjustment with the movements from time to time to work all the muscles in the body. So you might activate the new muscles in the recent videos that you haven’t worked on it. I’m happy you feel it 💛 that means our body improves 🤗
