    Still doing your workouts 3-4 times a week. I love ballet, was never really a dancer but took classes. I tried my turnout for the first time since starting your workouts. I cannot BELIEVE how much it has improved. Turning from the hip effortlessly. Thank you Hannah, as always!!!!

      @@MovingMangoPilates My wife does your workouts, she enjoys them. Sometimes I join in because I can use the stretching. Men are usually less flexible than women. My wife says I join in just because I think you're cute. 😉
