    I've been doing this workout every single day for a week by now and I must say I'm so happy with the progress I've been through. My legs already look so much better after just one week and I've lost a healthy amount of weight as well.

    This workout NEVER fails me!! I'm not the most consistent person when it comes to workouts so, when I start feeling bloated, I do this workout everyday for 2 weeks and it's like I never stopped. Last summer I received so many compliments on my body thanks to this workout. It's so awesome!! 🥰

    I discovered you this past April and I can't thank you enough, I do your videos 5 days week and I have never felt better physically. I really like the fact that your voice over the workouts so you don't sound out of breath, which made the entire experience more relaxing.     I love ur workouts. They are so different from others, and I love the atmosphere you create. It would be great to have a 30 minutes lean legs workout and 20-30 minutes just the booty workout. 🙏🙏🙏

    This was great! Worked up a set in just one round! Only had time to do it once but still feel good. I think doing this twice would be a great workout

      Do you notice weight gain or weight loss from doing this? Do your legs seem to be getting slimmer or bigger? Im trying to gain weight and look bigger but I've heard that pilates help people lose weight

    I have been really enjoying your workouts! They are really challenging, and after each exercise and at the end of the workout you always do perfect stretches that release the tension from the exercises. I also love how you offer modifications for your workouts! Thank you so much for posting these videos. They have been a life saver during this pandemic!

    Hello i’m going to try ! I come back everyday ! ( when I’m tired I juste make the 5 minute workout)
    Day 1 to 7 : I just made the 5 min haha ( it’s so hard omg but I do everything )
    & Not done sorry 😢 (my family are here haha)
    Day 8 to 12: not done (my exam take me a long time haha normally, I could do the training session next weeks 😭)

    I just tried this for the first time and I never enjoyed any workout more! I wondered though, if you may think about a flexibility routine/workout video, since I find it really hard to even touch my toes, let alone any other exercises involving flexibility. I also want to know how to get such a great posture and keep a straight back most of the time like you do!
