Beef tongue purchased at Costco with Japanese leek and salt sauce.
It is also delicious served on rice as it is.
■Ingredients
Beef tongue
1 Japanese leek
1 tsp chicken stock
1 tsp garlic
1/3 tsp salt
2 tbsp sesame oil
■Directions
1. Finely chop Japanese leek.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
