Thank you for practicing with me. Doing it on one side should provide the requisite stretch for the back and shoulders. But you have given me a new idea. I probably will teach both sides in the future with possibly child’s pose in between to separate them. Thanks for the suggestion.😊
Thanks, I liked the poses you included. I am wondering for the Twisted Roots ("Embracing Wings"), was it intentional to do the pose just on one side?
