    I have cervical vertigo in my neck. I purchased the Neck Cloud from Amazon 3 weeks ago. I use it daily for about 10 minutes along with some Ben Gay and I feel somewhat better with the dizziness and walking off balance not as bad. My cervical vertigo was so bad, it was affecting my daily life causing me to go into depression. I love my Neck Cloud because it has helped. I send greetings from Washington, D.C. in the United States. I plan to make an appointment at your clinic in London when I visit there for the 1s time.

    Brilliantly helpful video thank you! My only dilemma is that there are so many devices (neck clouds) for sale ranging from £5 to £80 - are they the same or are some better than others? I use a Denneroll but the cloud looks gentler for everyday maintenance.

      It's a pleasure, we have put links in the description for the ones we can recommend. they're around the £25 mark :) Deneroll is a great option but you are right the cloud is more gentle, that being said both are good if you're just using them for 5 minutes or so at a time.

    • @BackInShapeProgram
      @BackInShapeProgram  2 роки тому +3

      Devices like this can help put your neck in a better position, the neck hump is usually the consequence of either a neck curve reversal/straightening or your head protruding forwards - both of which would be helped by using one of the 3 options in this video :) some inner ear things can potentially be related but you'd be better getting the tinnitus checked out specifically :)

    Is it true you can have so much scar tissue you may need surgery to remove it? Mike literally feels and sounds like gristle as I move my neck. It feels like it’s just pushing my neck forward. My family has a long history of arthritis and chronic pain I have struggled in pain for so long my X-ray says I have reduced lordosis I have serious trap and right shoulder issues too and an old clavicle fracture with post traumatic osteolysis

    • @BackInShapeProgram

      Generally not scar tissuse, sometimes a cervical bar might have developed but this is bone rather than scar tissue and the gristle feeling would be the least of your trouble generally speaking it's worth getting started working on rehabilitating the neck properly :)

      it's actually recommended by the instruction manual to use the side that has the open C part first because it's minimal traction, and then use the closed side because it's a deeper stretch/traction.
      So yes, there is a difference between them and that is the reason why.

      Hmm, not sure what the point of your question is. Getting rid of neck pain is multidisciplinary approach specially if complicated. Neck MRI didn’t show abnormalities so neurologist wasn’t able to further help . Their treatment was limited to having shots for symptom relief. Instead I did physio , osteo and massage treatments along with postural exercises which eliminated my pain . Knowledge is vast and different areas have different specialties
