I did your workouts daily right through Covid. Then life threw a curveball and I got an aggressive form of breast cancer. Happy to report I’m cancer free and coming back to the workouts! This was a great start to a happy day 😊
I'm only in my late 30s but have had 6 major abdominal surgeries. I've just recovered from the 6th surgery and can only do gentle exercises to prevent further injury to my body. These exercises are just perfect! Thank you so much for sharing.

Hello - I am so pleased to have found your workouts. The 10, 15 & 20 minute workouts are perfect for me; although I am fit & healthy (eat a healthy diet & walk, yoga, pilates), I am 58 yrs old and have a condition called Dystonia Spasmodic Torticollis, so I find that my neck, shoulders, & back can become tense and painful with certain exercises, especially hour long classes. I've been doing a 15 minute back fat one, which is BRILLIANT and using lower weights works for me.... bonus. This morning I've found your fat burn walking workouts with low weights. I'm a stone overweight and a little flabby, but I know now that by following you, I will turn 59 at the end of April being fitter, lighter and toned. BRING IT ON! Thank you, you make it easy :)

Really really like this one. I'm 55 and have worked up to using ankle weight and one pounders during these walking exercises. I changed my sugar to honey in my coffee which was my latest adjustment. I've lost to 15 pounds and am feeling great. These 20-30 minutes exercises with Shellea are just so fun! Thanks Shellea! You're routines are the best! Be super blessed!🥳

Feb 1st. Just finished this one, I like your videos with a 15second break, I tried one of your older videos (brown wall paper) with a 30second break, but I found it too much of a break, I could feel my heart slowing down, 15 second break is perfect! Music was great!!!
Your videos are great - challenging to get back into exercise of decades of being lazy, but feels fun and manageable with your guidance. The shorter videos also work so well to be fit into a hectic day, and can stack them with more time and energy. Leaves me feeling accomplished and slightly out of breath (rather than disappointed I couldn't keep up and too sore the next day to do anything!). Good job!
Great workout! Some were easy, but some were hard! Especially the balance ones! I find that some do look easy, and they end up being the most challenging! Great tunes! Love it!❤

I miss a bit the cheering and motivational voice over narration of you that kept me coming back to your videos, that kept me really go and do some exercises. Now your videos start to look more as the many other videos we can already find on the internet but never got me really into doing workouts. Your speciality and uniqueness is that you can be so inspirational to people who actually do not like exercising at all but only do it because they more or less ‘have to’ because its healthy. You actually made it even fun to do workouts. I hope you will make some of these videos again as you did in the beginning, with slowly building up the intensity, more random exercises and most of all with the truly inspirational voice over ❤

Morning, like this new one, I try to do a series of 15 to 20 minutes of different ones to start my day. Find it hard to do the balance ones at the end of a 20 minute but will keep at it. Want to be in greater shape so I can play with my great grandkids come spring. This is my year to turn 80,

I certainly am sweating!🥵I did this one with two of your other 10 min workouts, today...so 40 minutes. And by the readings on my Fitbit (and the sweat) I'd say I burned a lot of calories and hopefully some fat too! I so appreciate your workouts...they're concise, get in/get out/get it done/feel accomplished and challenged! I do a variety of cardio/strength/pilates throughout each week, and your workouts have become a part of my regular circuits. Thank you so much. ❤

I loved this workout. I had a small stroke in June and am just getting back into exercise. I especially found the brain teasers and balance exercises challenging and exactly what I need. I so enjoyed the balance exercises I need to work on my balance ,it has been off since I fractured my fibula 2 years ago .My physical therapist told me a year ago that I needed to work on my balance , when someone has surgery sometimes the nerves have trouble reconnecting with the brain Great exercises for me. I so enjoyed the balance exercises I need to work on my balance ,it has been off since I fractured my fibula 2 years ago .My physical therapist told me a year ago that I needed to work on my balance , when someone has surgery sometimes the nerves have trouble reconnecting with the brain Great exercises for me. Thankyou
