I'm 75 years old, I walk everyday in my apartment, so weather isn't an excuse, I Walk 3 flights of stairs, 3 times a day 😁, plus floor exercise, glad to hear others taking care of themselves, I'm not a social person either 🙏👍
Hi Shell, I'm 64 & have been doing your workouts only for a couple of months. Let me say, as an old aerobics instructor myself, that I love your 'classes'. They are great for someone like me who has buggered knees from yrs of jogging, netball & tennis. And where do I start with your effervescent personality & encouragement? What a lovely soul. Hi, Schellea: I’ve had this ab routine in my playlist for a while, but don’t remember the last time I did it. Even in a chair, it is no slouch. Doable, but definitely challenging. Don’t know why it has taken me so long to get back to it, but will definitely do it more often, although there are so many routines in my playlist that I enjoy doing. Keep offering your wonderful variety of choices for us golden oldies.
Definitely 15 minutes well spent. Thank you for the best walking walkout I've found for someone over 60, with back, neck and knee issues. The timer countdown, the mini walking breaks and the music inspire me to keep going (usually I give up if I'm struggling slightly).
I do at least 2 of your workout videos every day, and that's in addition to going to the gym almost every day. Even with a knee and ankle ortho restriction, I just modify certain exercises when I need to. I'm so grateful for your channel!
After some initial skepticism (I used to workout hard but this 73 year old body is not happy doing that any longer. :-}), I am now a huge fan. I love your workouts, this one in particular. I often alternate the cardio, in 5 minute increments, with squats using a 15 lb dumbell. Love your affirmations. Thank you Schellea.

I finally started working out again, turned 60 and everything fell apart physically. I started your workouts during covid and did them almost everyday. Still have some issues to work through but I’m hoping to get back slowly. This was a great start ❤

Hi. Found you a couple of weeks ago. Have been working out with you 6 days a week. Really enjoy the routines and the. P music. Love that you give instruction and reminders, eg pull belly button in toward the spine etc. I find I often need to be reminded of proper stance while exercising as I start concentrating on the action and then forget to engage the core etc so reminders are greatly appreciated. Look forward to more routines and inspiration. Thanks for your hard work.

I just love it! I did your workouts even when on bus road tripping 😃 Every morning some cardio, some stretching, some abs/legs/arms and I was ready to the breakfast and face the new places & people, full of energy and joy 🥰
Love this 15 min! ❤ Can’t keep up with you , but I will work at it. Your leg movements are great too, physical therapy recommended the leg movements, but of course slower, helps with improving your walking. I enjoy mixing up your workouts, you have a recent cool down video? Maybe a 10 min cool down stretching out everything and getting our heart rate back to normal heart🫀 rate. But otherwise, I keep coming back to you for exercise, I’ve been adding loop bands to my exercises that the physical therapist recommended too. I have so much variety now, there’s no reason why I can’t get my BMI out of the morbidly obese and at least try to get it in the overweight range. I’ve been growing my broccoli sprouts too. Strange how I did all the right things a few years ago, ate healthy, measured out portions, exercised, I felt great. But, I fell back to my old habits and gained it all back and lost my fitness level, I realize I can’t take time off from staying fit and healthy. It needs to be done consistently everyday. I’m 61 now and I need to get serious about this because my extra weight and being out of shape has now effected my glucose levels to pre diabetic range and I’m working diligently to get my glucose levels down and not have metabolic syndrome. Huge hugs 🤗 🥰🤗🤗🥰🥰 to you for inspiring me. 😘😘😘😘

Love it! I'm adding this one to my Dailies playlist. I don't know how I fell out of doing my daily exercise. But getting back into it again. And this is a wonderful walking and balance workout. Yes, I'm holding a sturdy chair for the balance portion at the end. Letting go as often as I can and 'flying' like a fledgling bird falling from the nest and flapping its little wings. 😂 Thank you for the great workout, Shelly.

This was a bit of a challenge but I stuck with it. Sweating like a racehorse but I did not give up. 75 years and I am still moving it and rocking my fitness
