    4min Home LOWER ABS and OBLIQUES Workouts (NO EQUIPMENT!!). Are you looking for a quick, at home, no equipment lower abdominals and obliques workout? Look no further! In this workout, we’ll be performing 3 exercises for your lower abs, and 3 exercises for your obliques. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds, with a 7 second rest in-between. We’ll be going through the first round together. If you want to challenge yourself try and repeat this quick workout for 2-3 total rounds.       @@toddgacc9539you don’t know shit about workouts, resting actually helps you grow muscle a lot rather than not taking breaks, I see huge difference between 1 day break in one week vs 2 day break once a week, and I got more muscle faster and stronger with 2 two day break

    I had damage to my lower obliques and pelvic muscles after birth and was offered muscle relaxers at first and physical therapy. I want my body to be stronger to prevent this from happening again if I have another baby. I can feel it burning without causing my muscles to spasm or some lightning pain. Thank you for sharing these

    When I was younger I was ripped all the time without much effort... well... I’m 38 now and let myself fall into getting soft and out of shape. I’ve watched a few videos to try to get some pointers on how to get back to feeling and looking good. This one is doing the trick so far. Solid content! No fancy equipment. Easy to understand and I enjoy the challenge. Thanks for helping me!

    I really enjoyed the workouts
    Managed to push through and do 3 sets of everything and I must admit it is alot more tiring than some of the other abdominal workouts I've done in the past so it feels good to have a change of workouts that actually make me sweat and burn

    Did 2 continuous rounds (7secs rest between rounds) for a total 7 minutes and 24 secs, definitely you can feel the burn if you go for high reps on each exercise. Great routine focused on the abs most of trainers and people never focus, the lower and the obliques. Thanks a lot.

    Hi there was rough today! First time since hernia operation. And letting people in my head about me turning 70. I feel and think mind, desire as I did at 32. Fittness is my therapy. I never want to stop challenging. You workout did that for me. When I was competing too long along ago, but there are lots of other categories now. My Nane that still sticks today, Medusa. People a gym who I haven’t share what they call past, snicker. I’m sharing this with you, cause my favorite words you use, CHALLENGE’ I’ll keep following, any thing to share, I’d love to hear. My journey is just beginning again. Had tummy tuck, I really need to work that area now that’s stretched, how much ch success with that I can just go to it. Any suggestions for that!!     oh man I've been doing this for a month and I see progress (still attaining my usual diet). I've achieved everything but the lower belly was hard to tighten/get rid of and couldn't find the right exercises. 💪 Thanks!!

    good routine and workout video. Easy to follow. I think the one thing people tend to forget about abdominals is they need to keep contracting. It's not enough to just move the lower body, you have to activate the abs like every other muscle needs to be activated on the body. Good video!

    I have been doing this routine for about 3 weeks, i reach the point that i was able to do 3 series of 20 repetitions/ cycles each. it was working well with my 15 to 20 minute running. unfortunately i stopped for 4 days due to my job (no excuses) and i started today. lots of pain!! i trashed the work of the past days, but i am committed to go back on track... my wife asked me what i am doing to get my abs marked.. hehehehe

    The time goes by pretty quickly. I like how the the exercises are broken into increments!
