Ok, that's hard and tough also for who is not a beginner. I reckon that a beginner level in Calisthenics is already an intermediate/advance level for mainstream fitness people visiting the gym 3 days per week. I was on a 1 round abs workout for 20 days, twice a week. Last week I did 3 in a row. But so to say, I work out every day in ballet and other types of dance, and still, these abs workout are killing me with soreness up to 2/3 days, results are very visible in 20/30 days. If you're overweight, forget about it, if you're simply out of shape, give it a try and don't give up. After a while, your form will get better and you'll start to feel muscles you never thought you had before. Thank you Chris, you're an awesome athlete!
I lost weight very slowly just by eating healthy and hitting the heavy bag for 15 rounds/3 minutes with high intensity 3 times a week. I'm 47 years old andI lost 38 pounds in one year, but very slowly. I just started doing your LVL 1-10 push up routine and after a couple of days I'm at level 7. My upper abs are showing, but the stubborn fat low on my belly and the lovehandles just won't disappear. I will start with this abs and obliques workout tomorrow and see what happends. subscribed and liked every video of you that I've watched so far, also downloaded your amazing app. Just a shame the shipping costs are ridiculous high for the Netherlands, otherwise I would have purchased some stuff from your webshop. Anyway you are an amazing athlete and an inspiration for people around the world. I hope you reach 10/20 million subscribers. You deserve it bro! Greetings from Amsterdam, Saeed! 🥊

I know people be trying to trash talk Chris, BUT his workouts are on point. No I don’t agree with all of his content, but his workouts aren’t to be messed with lol. You don’t have to agree with everything someone says to still receive something from them 💯💯💯
I am the older Person I used to be a industrial electrician. A lineman, drilled wells in Texas. A car and yacht detailing business. Almost always a plant based lifestyle. Also a surfer in HB Ca. Because of this I was better. Thanks for the vlogs looking forward for improvement.
Chris has the best follow-along ab workouts. I just finished this one for the first time, had to take my breaks, but I'm definitely sweating and feeling the soreness in my obliques. I also tried his other normal ab workout and definitely feel it. I like how it's also prefect for beginners to work their way up. Thank you for the high quality workout vids!
Hi Chris, I started today and really enjoyed the burn after round 4. I don’t get why everyone is whinging instead of telling the future visitors how effective this workout is also how long after doing this beginner w/o we shall switch to a more advanced one. Great music by the way, you are awesome 👏🏻🔥
just started following you. love the workouts for beginners. my lower back is an issue sometimes in the ab workout. can you address. you are easy to understand, and you get right to the point. love it! you are a great coach!
I've been told doing the old school sit-up is bad in the long run. I've come to know this as a truth. I have done it long enough to find out. So I really like this workout. Because it's not a sit-up like movement. Each move done you can see he is keeping myself stable and only letting the muscles do their jobs to move and stable the core. Not pull the lower and upper body together. Done the workout a few times now. So far I feel great after.
I can't begin to tell you how much of a role model chris is to me I'm 15 years old and I've been putting in a-lot of his workouts and warm ups I , even have the app on my phone. ( wish me luck for all the hard work pls)😁👍
why evry one hate him when he says thats one round today i did legs and tomorrow am doing abs am so exited about this work outs am doing them all the 3 rounds 🔥🔥 Thank you Chris from Algeria love your work sir 👏💪
When I started doing this program it was a struggle to get through all exercises in round one. A few weeks on and I can do three rounds now. It gets easier with consistent practice and the right mindset.
His workouts are amazing. really works for me. I lost 7lbs in 2 months with proper food control method and weight lifting all along. you will see the results in month if you do his shedule for 1 month. 6 days a week.
Did 2 rounds of this and i'm absolutely dripping in sweat. I aint even that unfit either, wicked little ab circuit. Makes you realise just how weak your abs are, definitely gonna have to build up to 4 rounds of this😂
The first time I could only do 1 round and I am following Chris's from home series, I have improvements in my body already and also I did 3 rounds just now. Feels good!
same broo i already got some decent abs i was just looking to build them more, i do flooring and that alone has built my abs but jesus my endurance sucks 😂
I got 2 rounds done if I try 3 it won’t be good. Props to Chris for doing this shit everyday. I’ve been working out about 1 and a half weeks and I feel great but the workouts are not getting easier. It is time to implement a good diet into my plan. Abs are made in the kitchen as well as hard workouts like these. Visit the Thenx app for great workouts guys! Love you all I’ll keep you updated stay strong and keep fit!
Haha, ab workout for beginners. I've been doing Heria's workouts for about a year and can easily bust out 50 decline sit-ups at a time without much of a sweat, this routine wasn't easy to keep pace at his rhythm and with no breaks. Great little workout! Four rounds a day will have you tightened up for sure .
I have to admit when I first started after the first round I was sweating like a pig and 2nd or more rounds were terrifyingly awesome. However after about 2 weeks the four rounds ware kinda easy and little to no sweat, little to no burn as well, nothing special though. The only exercise I struggle with is the chair situps, i try my best but still can't manage to do it like Chris does, can't raise myself after the 10th raise. About a month prior to doing this routine I did: -Normal planks 1:30 minutes - leg suspension about a foot off ground 1:30 minutes - side to side leg raises 1:30 minutes. - scissor kicks 45 seconds - the sideways scissor open and close 45 seconds 4 rounds total. And this all ways burned hard. Any suggestions? My target it obliques and abs.
Have to admit. I don't particularly eat healthy. I eat everything. I'm 5'8 I think 175cm hight. Weigh about 69 kgs, don't have a real noticible belly. After the core routines I go 4 sets of 6 bars + 25 pushups with ,2min rest.

I haven't worked out in a long time (sad to say it out loud), but I have to make this comment, watching you and trying my best to do your exercises has been a great inspiration, thank you for you dedication to your routine and your teaching of others, keep up the great work
Just did my first day of this, could barely do 1 round but we finished it!!!! I’ll keep y’all updated on my progress going to do 2 or 3 times a week depending how I feel. 1 slow round completed though and holy cow the engagement I felt 😬
WHO WILL UPDATE.?
We need an update on this.
Appropriate what you’re doing man, I’m in lockdown but ur making my gym workouts possible, if not gaining better results by doing ur workouts. Much love Chris ✌🏼
I know people be trying to trash talk Chris, BUT his workouts are on point. No I don’t agree with all of his content, but his workouts aren’t to be messed with lol. You don’t have to agree with everything someone says to still receive something from them 💯💯💯
Awesome work out! What happen to the SoundCloud music Chris???
He said it is commin. Follow his Instagram to know right when it drops.
Edwvan1487 it’s out
Love this one! It's really fun and with these exercises I don't struggle with having to keep my lower back on the floor. Thank you for this routine!
Love this and you understand picture
I am the older Person I used to be a industrial electrician. A lineman, drilled wells in Texas. A car and yacht detailing business. Almost always a plant based lifestyle. Also a surfer in HB Ca. Started at 13. Last year I have not eaten correctly. Your vlogs are a must for me. PS. Going up and down letters will stretch your legs. I was roping calf’s out of a pen. Looks EZ it’s not.
Perfect timing! trying this right now! Thanks Chris! :)

Hi Chris, I started today and really enjoyed the burn after round 4. I don’t get why everyone is whinging instead of telling the future visitors how effective this workout is also how long after doing this beginner w/o we shall switch to a more advanced one. Great music by the way, you are awesome 👏🏻🔥

just started following you. love the workouts for beginners. my lower back is an issue sometimes in the ab workout. can you address. you are easy to understand, and you get right to the point. love it! you are a great coach!
make sure that you watch your posture throughout the day. I have the same problem and this helps for just general day to day life
I can't do this since I don't own a tennis court.
Same I just need to make a lot of money before I can do this

CHRIS HERIA YOUR MY NINJA HERO IM STUCK ON WHAT TO DO FOR OBLIQUES AND YOU HELPED ME OUT😌
I've been told doing the old school sit-up is bad in the long run.

When I started doing this program it was a struggle to get through all exercises in round one. A few weeks on and I can do three rounds now. It gets easier with consistent practice and the right mindset.
How often did you do the workout when you started?

His workouts are amazing. really works for me. I lost 7lbs in 2 months with proper food control method and weight lifting all along. you will see the results in month if you do his shedule for 1 month. 6 days a week.
Did 2 rounds of this and i'm absolutely dripping in sweat. I aint even that unfit either, wicked little ab circuit. Makes you realise just how weak your abs are, definitely gonna have to build up to 4 rounds of this😂
How did it go?
Always after starting any video from Chris I try to build 4 rounds of it until that I never drop that video
Same goes with me buddy 😪
The first time I could only do 1 round and I am following Chris's from home series, I have improvements in my body already and also I did 3 rounds just now. Feels good!
same broo i already got some decent abs i was just looking to build them more, i do flooring and that alone has built my abs but jesus my endurance sucks 😂
Nice and Straight forward ! You are an inspiration man .. Thanks for all y

This and the 20 mins workout are my go to. Feels like these two are the best to get all your core works done.
This guy is a legend absolutely brilliant
I have to do it 3 more times? (I'm writing this while I'm on the floor dying of pain...)

Thank youuu❤️ I do this every morning and I started liking myself. I love you
was looking for another abs workout , but just nice your new vlog is about it 🔥🔥🔥
So I’m supposed to do this more than once?!
LOL!!! I know right. Same thing I said to my wife LOL Chris Trippin. But, I've definitely seen gains. Chris is the truth!ojipmkn[
Yeah i do this three times
akif shah are you ripped?! Is this what I gotta do to get ripped
@@thekilluvast458 Nah, gotta diet to get ripped. This will give you more sculpting to find once you trim the excess away, though!
I do it more then once😶
I got 2 rounds done if I try 3 it won’t be good. Props to Chris for doing this shit everyday. I’ve been working out about 1 and a half weeks and I feel great but the workouts are not getting easier. It is time to implement a good diet into my plan. Abs are made in the kitchen as well as hard workouts like these. Visit the Thenx app for great workouts guys! Love you all I’ll keep you updated stay strong and keep fit!
Chris: “this is a nice little warm up” Me: *5 seconds in and dying already*
Everyone wants his physique but no-one is ready for that commitment, that sweat, that pain..
self discipline and consistency, just do it
I’m one round in... I’m half dead rn 😂
Ikr brother life ain't easy
Speak for yourself this guy is really changing some peoples life like mine this aint dhar man this is Chris Heria intense but worth it
His physique... For myself would be mostly about the diet. I put the work in but I love the Oreo cookies, among other things.
I gotta say. I started retraining strength training and your training yesterday. And man. Im sore all over. But i feel much better now.
This video's been saved in my playlist for 3 years 🙂
Thank you Chris Heria, for your motivation and success during my exercise training!! 💪🏻😎👍
Chris is fit and all, yet he's really smart too. Well spoken and a master of fitness.
When he said "that's round one" I almost left the chat 😭😭
Im laying in bed snacking while watching this 😆
Same, I'll try it out tomorrow. 😅
@Ignacio Mercadoidk if you where referring to me, but I squat and do some Oly lifting every other day right now. 😆
The videos he make are just entertaining in general, and it is helpful and effective.

My body at the start: Heria you're a god damn madman
My body one month later: Thanks Heria, you god damn madman
Cant thank you enough, all my muscle is because of you!

I tried this out and I really felt the burn on my back and my elbows from the hot pavement. I recommend doing this indoors!

Damn I'm early.
Chris you are a beast as usual.
Chris Your awesome man I'm grinding for my abs!
Great
Please brother view you my movie and (s) click you
I have to admit when I first started after the first round I was sweating like a pig and 2nd or more rounds were terrifyingly awesome.
However after about 2 weeks the four rounds ware kinda easy and little to no sweat, little to no burn as well, nothing special though. The only exercise I struggle with is the chair situps, i try my best but still can't manage to do it like Chris does, can't raise myself after the 10th raise.
About a month prior to doing this routine I did:
-Normal planks 1:30 minutes
- leg suspension about a foot off ground 1:30 minutes
- side to side leg raises 1:30 minutes.
- scissor kicks 45 seconds
- the sideways scissor open and close 45 seconds
4 rounds total.
