Can we do these exercises while bulking? Though I'm gaining muscle and result is good but a little belly too. So can I do it twice or thrice a week in morning? Hope it wont affect muscle gain.

how do you activate lower abs ?
Sometimes it naturally hurts my uper abs and back ...
Make sure you have the correct form and try and make sure that you aren't using other muscles to make it easier on your lower abs
