I would love if you added sounds indicating that the lap is ending for sure its difficult to be excerising while looking if the round has ended but the exercises are good

I really liked the background music but I also like when your talking out the proper form and when the 30 sec bell is up as I’m on the floor listening and following along. Just a suggestion as I do like the music I would probably keep the levels mid and still have your voice in the back giving your instructions! Anyways thank you so much for these videos man! When ever you start getting tired do you start feeling pain in your back or is it that im doing it wrong cuz i feelt a lot of pain on my back while i was doing them?
i remember my back used to pain too earlier when I started with crunches back when i was 14 yrs old...now it dosent bother me and i am 20 now. but like these exercises maybe tough to do. i recomend start with crunches and sit ups and planks regularly. After some weeks u can try out these exercises without feeling pain
I'll suggest you to train your anterior and posterior slings first . Which is functional rather then just isolating the abdominals which is not as functional . Thanks

Four minute lower abs workout ( V-Cut abs workout!!)
30 seconds- Raised plank knee to elbow
30 seconds- Scissor kicks
30 seconds- Reverse crunches
30 seconds- Jack knifes
30 seconds- Mountain climbers
30 seconds- Leg raise holds

Great workout, the slight adjustment I would make is moving the jack knifes to the beginning cause they are the hardest to do .. but amazing workout.
