      This was a fast paced class! Pausing is never a problem and as you come back to the class, you'll find that you'll start anticipating what is coming next making those transitions flow more.

    I love your videos but what happened to the amazing 10 minute back strengthening video??? You worked on lengthening and strengthening the back. It was my favorite and one I used at least 3 times a week. Was it deleted? Would love to see it again

      I'm glad to hear you loved the 10-minute back strengthening video. As part of updating the channel, some videos have been removed over the past few months. In the app, you'll find not only this video but also over 300 other Pilates classes that are exclusive to the app and not available on UA-cam.     Love your channel love pilates it's got such relaxation with it with having 3 kids it's hard to do cardio wanted to ask you if you do cardio as well is it something that u need to incorporate not that I really want to xx

      I'm so glad to hear that you like Pilates. I agree with having kiddos, this type of movement is essential. I do cardio but I mix it up and nothing too long. I'm a believer in that you need to enjoy your workouts.
