    feels good! pretty chill, moves slowly enough that i could really tune into my alignment and relax places where i was holding unnecessary tension.

    Oh that’s nice 😊 I’ve come to this class the second day in a row and it went even better than the first day 🎉 I really like the way we paid attention to the neck this time ❤❤❤

    What a wonderful class for when you're not feeling right. I had a headache, a few pains and felt very low in energy. I feel much better after this. Thank you Beth!!

    This is my new fave workout for when I'm feeling stressed or not motivated to exercise. By the end I feel good and have also worked out. Brilliant!

    I woke up with a little back pain, did two of your videos on back pain and ended up with this one.The practice eased my pain and I feel way much better now.😊

    This was a wonderful way to activate the body in the morning! It wasn't too tough, but there are some powerful poses and movements in this routine. My spine feels supple and my core feels activated. Thank you!

    ThanksBeth, missed a few days as been a holiday weekend here in Jersey and the weather was amazing. So glad Pilates has helped my core strength for Stand Up Paddling with the boys xxx

    Thanks for this work out. I am a ski instructor & on my off days, I work out but need good stretching. This is a perfect video for that.

      @@trifectapilates adsolutely! I'm struggling now with aseptic osteonecrosis (complicftions due to chemo) and proper physical activity is very important to me. I'm so grateful for your workouts and especially for your Cancer story!

    Beth I love your classes. I can't put pressure on my knees and I have a double hip replacement. Is it possible to do a no knees, hip friendly 45 minutes session do you think?
