I woke up with a little back pain, did two of your videos on back pain and ended up with this one.The practice eased my pain and I feel way much better now.😊
This was a wonderful way to activate the body in the morning! It wasn't too tough, but there are some powerful poses and movements in this routine. My spine feels supple and my core feels activated. Thank you!

Beth I love your classes. I can't put pressure on my knees and I have a double hip replacement. Is it possible to do a no knees, hip friendly 45 minutes session do you think? Thanks.

feels good! pretty chill, moves slowly enough that i could really tune into my alignment and relax places where i was holding unnecessary tension.
