    Great again, as always. I loved every bit of it but the beginning was hard. The leg movements I had to stop... all the rest went excellent. You are a fantastic teacher, thank you again Beth.

    Was much more able to follow this this time Beth. Really enjoyed it and the extra challenge. I had to stop and rewind a lot last time but only a few times today. Thanks Beth

    I really like your longer form videos. The short ones are great for adding on a specific area of workout, but these longer ones give me a nice session in the morning.

    Loved the workout. One suggestion to slow transitions a little so as not to feel like we’re rushing the sequences. Thanks for the series!

    Hi Beth! Thank you very much for this nice lesson! I have a doubt in the exercise at 10:02, the posterior bent leg is in line with the body or that's not important? Thanks!

      In that exercise the leg can be in front or behind the lower leg, either option is fine but not too concerned with it being in line with the body.

    Hi Beth can you tell me why I’m getting cramp in my left leg when doing any bending of leg with toes flexed? Anything I can do to stop this? Thanks in advance x

    Beth I did 15 minutes string rebound workout then thus and was able to keep up but my feet keep cramping and I have to stretch the arch to relieve them. I'm keto and well hydrated I believe so any ideas why and what I can do to help??
