makes my mornings a million times better - in fact, i go through the day with a different posture and more strength. i usually do yoga with adriene first, and then pilates with lottie. so, so good.

Wow for physical education in online classes, we have to pick a home workout to do from a list that they give us and because its only first period, i wasnt really feeling anything too intense, aswell as the fact that i have 2 pe lessons and so will need to do another workout later so i chose this one and i loved it! It wasnt too hard but i can still feel the burn and now im really calm to start my other scholwork. Thank you! and im sure i will be doing this session again

I suggest you rename this as a morning core stretch or slow morning stretch routine, because it is not fast-paced and does not incorporate any of the basic 10 pilates exercises. Thank you.
I'm just saying, she is allowed to name her video whatever she'd like. It's her channel. I've done every single one of these exercises in various Pilates videos I've purchased.

Thank u for this routine. I needed this kind of body stretch and exercise.. and during the first days, i woke up with sore legs, neck and stomach, but i liked how it made me feel every time i do it in the morning. Reduces my stress and head aches 🤣

This was a lovely video. Your voice is so pretty. I take that into consideration whenever I follow a work out video because a pleasant voice helps me stay centered and focused. I will use this video often and will even have my child do it with me. Pilates is a wonderful universal exercise that is good for the mind, body and soul. Thank you for this great video. I absolutely love this, you have a real nice pacing and flow to your Pilates videos! It would be great if you did some extended Pilates videos like half an hour or even 1hr as I’m always left wanting more :)

Hi Lottie! I’m your new subscriber and I’ve been religiously following your steps of pilates for beginner (very helpful!). This morning I tried to follow this one in the video but on minute 5:54, my right palm hurts so much I couldn’t finish it. Was it because my palm bears the weight of my upper body, or..? If anyone can help me understand why, please do leave a reply! Will appreciate it so. Anyway, amazing job Lottie! ❤️

So calming and great atmosphere in this video! I usually don't like to do something aggressive in the morning and listen to aggressive music, so this workout made me feel both confident and calm, but still energised

I had to give up on this one a minute and 3 seconds in to the video. The background music is unbearable. I kept pausing to see if an ad was playing within another of my open tabs or something.
This is the absolute best way to begin the day. Every time this workout ends I always say thank you Lottie. I love the feeling of being a new person when standing again for the first time. So good and perfect amount of time. Thank you

Thank you so much Lottie! I really appreciated how you took the time to clearly explain how to do the proper moves. With other Pilates instructors on here I have been frustrated & given up until I thought heck just try this one it’s only 15 mins. And I was really impressed. I’ve done Physio clinical lessons on the reformers and I know to really learn pilates properly the teacher needs to guide precisely/clearly to educate the intricacies. So thank you for that. Thumbs up I like the fact that you started off with a breathing exercise that is very important for when you just wake up with still air and your body from the night before. I have not finished watching the video but I'm watching this because I want to take pictures of the poses because I would like to have a picture graph on the days where I need to have complete silence with my workout.

I love starting my days with this pilates routine and your playful sense of humour. I love the slow, gentle, mindful focus of this routine because it's still challenging enough for a beginner-intermediate but not too fast for a beginner. I also really enjoyed the music on this one, but it was a little bit loud.

Why do you need music? I had to stop viewing as I found it so intrusive.
Hi Neil, some people enjoy the background music and some people don't. There's lots of routines on the channel that don't have music so hopefully you can find something else. Lottie
