I've always said it's a really terrible, but also great time to live in. When the standard of the average man is so low, it is very easy to stand out in a positive way from the crowd. It's the easiest time to be above average, all you need is effort
@@val-zod1284 like Hex said. The bar for effort is so low that even that doesn't make that much of a difference anymore. The only problem you'll have is not meeting people's preferences, but there are enough people to date in this world that fitting someone's preferences is just a numbers and persistence game.
I hear that rule hasn't changed for decades now. And so far all I know has proven that claim to be true.
I think the hardest part is learning to let go of your emotions when they get in the way of success - i.e. it's hard to keep working hard when a colleague tells you you're going to ruin your body if you keep working your ass off like that, or some bs like "the reward for working more is more work" to dissuade you from working harder.
- even harder than this is acquiring the ability to listen to this bs without getting pissed off despite you knowing their actual intentions, and just thank them for their advice and tell them you'll think about it.
"It's your mind that stops your potential, not your genetics" - Hamza Ahmed 2021.
@Nic0lai Yes but the mentality that effort is better than genetics is bullshit. Everyone has limits, unless youre blessed. A hot guy can go around and bang 10 girls a day FOR FREE. @@tomme6875 if you care about stolen UA-cam comments my guy you want a life lmao
Honestly as a 16 years old guy even at my age I’m baffled at the amount of people who don’t take care of their bodies. They might have better social skills and get more girls than me due to consistently being at parties and smoking weed but that phase of their life has an end and will lead them to long term failure. Although I’ve been an athlete for a long time, since I’ve been seriously lifting weights, for a couple months now, I’ve been feeling a lot less depressed and have been wanting to go out with friends a lot more. This lead my social skills to get a lot better which in turn makes me feel better about myself and motivates me to continue on the path I’ve taken.
People, no matter what your problem might be, be it depression, low self esteem, consistently being tired or lack of social life, start lifting weights, eat and sleep better and take care of yourself. Getting started might be hard but trust me: it’s a really strong positive feedback loop so once you start, you can’t stop. You can only get better.
@Deku I’m 13 I’m in the same boat other than I have a good amount of friends (not to flex
Im the same age as you. Im working out since a while too. When the lockdown came i couldn‘t go to the gym anymore and man i was really upset about it because i was so motivated and i was so good at it at the time... otherwise after the lockdown ended and gym opened i went to the gym again i wasn‘t really motivated as i was back then but i keep going.
I’m 20 and just started lifting recently with huge strides in strength and aesthetics. I’m glad I read this cuz I feel the same way. Also, try out semen retention, it boosts your brain androgen receptor density and makes you more chad. Cheers
Hey bro take it from a 23 year old, your spot on.
All the guys in my highschool who got the girls due to parties and always having drugs are losers now.
My friends and I who put in the work on our finances and bodies have an abundance of women.
You’re very smart for your age, keep this mindset 👑
There are many self-improvement youtubers, but I don’t trust anyone as much as I trust this guy.
Even women can get into the top 20% of men with Hamza's advice
There is no percent for women ugly or poor a man there will still be men that would want to love you and marry you
If we are being real it’s not the same for men if a guy is ugly and broke any women would want nothing to do with them as men we have to strive to look and be our best it’s a blessing and a curse
@@viceflores691 youre actually wrong here. Girls dont care about looks as much as men do. What they care about is discipline status and wealth. I had this moment in my life where i just watch at myself honestly: I was so skinny, had really bad acne all over my face, 2 front missing teeth, very bad hygiene habits, addicted to porn and videogames, and i was a procastinator, i got my first girlfriend at 19 and we only lasted 2 weeks, and live in a third world country in South America, the only thing i could feel good about was being good at videogames and always beating my friends, so in this point i really thougt to myself... why i would even try to improve myself if there are so many things that are so hard to improve, and i don't even have money, i live with my parents, etc. But what is the other option? just keep as I am for the rest of my life? having a "normal" life, just wait for a girl that suddenly likes me and try to keep her because i have no other options? end my career and get a job like everyone does, and just work for survive? that idea really sicked me out, So i took action and started to improve as little as i could, went to the gym, improve my diet, learning about entrepeneurship, and you know what? after a year and a half I'm still missing teeth, no money, my face got better (just scars for the acne), and my body was the biggest improvement, I went from weighting 55kg to 82kg (bulking went out of control) from not being able to lift the bar to lift more than my old weight in bench press but got this ugly big stretch marks in my biceps, I stopped playing videogames like before. So i don't care how much time it will take I know that i will do it, I will achieve the life that i want no matter what because i can't take the other option, so Hamza if you're reading this I want to thank you, this past few months have been tough constantly thinking of giving up, and knowing that there are people like me out there who started from 0 and now are enjoying from a wealthy life really inspires me and keeps me working towards my purpose, and when I travel to the UK I will invite you to have an ice cream together ;)

I think working out can be a check mark in the mental box as well. I've noticed that over the last couple of years my mood tends to follow my workout habit. I suggest that if you are just starting out on building a new habit, start with something so ridiculously easy that you will just do it. For example I started with either a 15 min walk or 5 min jog every day when I was trying to escape a depressive episode. Just getting your body moving boosts the mood yo
Yeah, before every shower i hit some pushups. I'm hoping to be doing more than that soon though
I like Hamza, because he is straightforward, less facts and more examples, doesn't say things like: "I SWEAR, DO THIS AND YOU WILL BE A GOD". He just says what is good for him and encourages us to find our own way.
I took the very very introspective route in late college just done regular exercise then started gyming around 28 yrs old. Been a year now im working on the external and "catching up" on the outer stuff. Whichever way you do it its fine. We cant all be ultra efficient with it but always ask whats next dont doubt yourself and actually be your own friend/coach/mentor in a positive light.
I watched you about a month ago and started working out, I'm really motivated to change my body and my mindset to better myself.
Been working 10-12 hours a day recently. Used video games to get instant gratification. You've inspired me to quit gaming and just work on my self and environment.

He's so productive, I'm here watching UA-cam videos lol
This is the best advice I received on UA-cam on self improvement straight to the point and keeping it simple. Preciate the content g
The best part about this guy is how raw and honest he is.
Good video. But there's just 1 thing that I believe you should mention in your videos:
If you are going to work out, do it for yourself, not for feminine attention. Achieving a strong muscular body is real hard work and the sheer attention of other women isn't the main goal here. The main goal is breaking your limits.
@@tomasbritt4444 because at the end of the day the reward is better when you don't put in sweat just for some girl's attention. It's not that significant. There are other ways to do such a thing, when you work out, you do it for your own good.
that’s why I’m taking his advice with a grain of salt, it’s good advice but some things I don’t really agree with like that, the whole “getting 10+ girls to hit you up” thing
@@Ceereeal true. I understand his take on "working out to gey girls", it's a viable option, but there's more ways to attract girls besides a strong body. And while it can get you plenty of girls on Tinder (but not as many as he says, I too think it's kinda extra), the girls on that app don't have much to offer besides sex.
@The Medical Enthusiast it's true, working out for girls does work, but the amount of effort you put into your body can take a while depending on your body type. Working out is like the option which is relatively easy, but it is punished by the amount of time that needs to be given. You can just learn how to dress well, grow a beard and get a fitting haircut, develop some skill which makes you stand out. There's plenty of options bro, just cause you don't work out for girls doesn't mean you are not aiming towards a relationship
it can pretty much be summed into just make your day productive and go about it 1 day at a time, anyone who is aware knows this. I think cold showers and meditating are personally no use to me but whatever works for you. If doing those things every day helps you develop discipline i think thats the most important thing as it will probably bleed over into other things
Very impressed with this video and the message. Time to start putting in the work again.
Thanks!
I stopped watching other online videos about building your physique and stick to this channel alone. I’ve always struggled with burning fat and getting lean but with the help of your content, I find myself getting closer to my goals with each passing day. Appreciate the no bullshit content sir.
I was overweigh in my 20's, mainly being unprepared for life and not understanding basic stuff like insurance stressing me out. Then I lost 50lbs in 2 months and was like danm. Its been mad easy this whole time, It was just me telling myself it was hard. In your 30's the competition is married, depressed drunks, or man children that still think there 21... you don't even need abs at this point, just actually try to be healthy.
In my opinion the most important thing in gym going is consistncy. And it means you should not go to gym to get women, rather than for other things important to you. For instance, I do historical fencing and I started going to gym to fix mescle groups that are weaker than I need to be an effective fencer. If you have such a goal you won't have difficulties with consistent visiting of gym
Also just learning to love the process of being in the gym itself. Love the burn for those final reps, seeing if you can progressively overload each week etc.
Intrinsic motivation is key
I watch youtube for music and this channel only - because they serve a purpose in my life. Thank you Hamza
I just had a mind changing experience. It is nice to listen for Tony Robbins, Tim Ferriss and etc. but it's the way more profound to learn from the guy like yourself. I do believe in social hierarchy, and learning from you Hamza is learning from the one who's a few steps ahead when the guys I have mentioned in the beginning of the comment are in a different level. What I want to say, that we should learn from the ones who just passed us and had been recently living the same lives as we do now, had the same struggles and finally overcame them. Just watched few of your videos and planning to do more, I appreciate what you're doing, keep it going buddy!
Absolutely brother, mindset is everything you got! People tend to sabotage themselves subconsciously even when they make progress because as they haven't worked on their mindsets yet where they feel like they deserve their successs.

The truth hurt like a mf, but its up to us to either make a change or just "self love" our selves to getting worse
I spent 6 months working out at home kept worrying about eating enough calories to be in a surplus I was doing for research then actually eating and working out enough. 6 months of that I fell off and got lazy. Didnt workout for 2 weeks then my mind changed I realized my body hasnt changed and I wasn't confident. So I went through with going to the gym for the first time even when I felt like I dont belong in that environment plus a little social anxiety, and it was by far the best decision iv made ever. I want to be the kind of man people look for when they are in danger, the type of man people yell to when they are attacked in public, the type of man whos children are more masculine than any other that are smarter than any teacher. This would have never been the case at my age without YOU. So once again Hamza, MASHALLAH and ALHAMDULILLAH for you!

The concept of women wanting the top 20% of men is true and i understand what youre saying, but its not like the other guys cant get women, most guys and men have girlfriends or wifes, which must mean that most women, although theyre man of dreams is a "20%-man", they realise that they are not attractive enough for them and settle for an average dude that is more or less on their attraction level.
