      I hear that rule hasn't changed for decades now. And so far all I know has proven that claim to be true.
      I think the hardest part is learning to let go of your emotions when they get in the way of success - i.e. it's hard to keep working hard when a colleague tells you you're going to ruin your body if you keep working your ass off like that, or some bs like "the reward for working more is more work" to dissuade you from working harder.
      - even harder than this is acquiring the ability to listen to this bs without getting pissed off despite you knowing their actual intentions, and just thank them for their advice and tell them you'll think about it.

    Honestly as a 16 years old guy even at my age I’m baffled at the amount of people who don’t take care of their bodies. They might have better social skills and get more girls than me due to consistently being at parties and smoking weed but that phase of their life has an end and will lead them to long term failure. Although I’ve been an athlete for a long time, since I’ve been seriously lifting weights, for a couple months now, I’ve been feeling a lot less depressed and have been wanting to go out with friends a lot more. This lead my social skills to get a lot better which in turn makes me feel better about myself and motivates me to continue on the path I’ve taken.
    People, no matter what your problem might be, be it depression, low self esteem, consistently being tired or lack of social life, start lifting weights, eat and sleep better and take care of yourself. Getting started might be hard but trust me: it’s a really strong positive feedback loop so once you start, you can’t stop. You can only get better.

    I had this moment in my life where i just watch at myself honestly: I was so skinny, had really bad acne all over my face, 2 front missing teeth, very bad hygiene habits, addicted to porn and videogames, and i was a procastinator, i got my first girlfriend at 19 and we only lasted 2 weeks, and live in a third world country in South America, the only thing i could feel good about was being good at videogames and always beating my friends, so in this point i really thougt to myself... why i would even try to improve myself if there are so many things that are so hard to improve, and i don't even have money, i live with my parents, etc. But what is the other option? just keep as I am for the rest of my life? having a "normal" life, just wait for a girl that suddenly likes me and try to keep her because i have no other options? end my career and get a job like everyone does, and just work for survive? that idea really sicked me out, So i took action and started to improve as little as i could, went to the gym, improve my diet, learning about entrepeneurship, and you know what? after a year and a half I'm still missing teeth, no money, my face got better (just scars for the acne), and my body was the biggest improvement, I went from weighting 55kg to 82kg (bulking went out of control) from not being able to lift the bar to lift more than my old weight in bench press but got this ugly big stretch marks in my biceps, I stopped playing videogames like before. So i don't care how much time it will take I know that i will do it, I will achieve the life that i want no matter what because i can't take the other option, so Hamza if you're reading this I want to thank you, this past few months have been tough constantly thinking of giving up, and knowing that there are people like me out there who started from 0 and now are enjoying from a wealthy life really inspires me and keeps me working towards my purpose, and when I travel to the UK I will invite you to have an ice cream together ;)

      @@Ceereeal true. I understand his take on "working out to gey girls", it's a viable option, but there's more ways to attract girls besides a strong body. And while it can get you plenty of girls on Tinder (but not as many as he says, I too think it's kinda extra), the girls on that app don't have much to offer besides sex.

    • @Dafreshcut
      @Dafreshcut 2 роки тому +2

      @The Medical Enthusiast it's true, working out for girls does work, but the amount of effort you put into your body can take a while depending on your body type. Working out is like the option which is relatively easy, but it is punished by the amount of time that needs to be given. You can just learn how to dress well, grow a beard and get a fitting haircut, develop some skill which makes you stand out. There's plenty of options bro, just cause you don't work out for girls doesn't mean you are not aiming towards a relationship

If doing those things every day helps you develop discipline i think thats the most important thing as it will probably bleed over into other things

For instance, I do historical fencing and I started going to gym to fix mescle groups that are weaker than I need to be an effective fencer. If you have such a goal you won't have difficulties with consistent visiting of gym

So I went through with going to the gym for the first time even when I felt like I dont belong in that environment plus a little social anxiety, and it was by far the best decision iv made ever. I used to see my future as an experienced gamer that will one day pass my gaming knowledge onto my children and I wanted to literally live in a small house with nothing but consoles. It literally feels physically painful to even think about what kind of dumbass I was. Now when I see myself in the future, I see a person that is so masculine, people know I am a proper masculine strong man just by my walk and body posture and silhouette. I want to be the kind of man people look for when they are in danger, the type of man people yell to when they are attacked in public, the type of man whos children are more masculine than any other that are smarter than any teacher. This would have never been the case at my age without YOU. So once again Hamza, MASHALLAH and ALHAMDULILLAH for you!
