When I started exercising my mum said “some people are born skinny, and your probably one of them.” Because whenever I eat loads of food I still stay skinny. And ever since I’ve found you I’ve been trying to prove them wrong. Exercising everyday and I’m starting to see some results. By the end of 2022 I want Atleast a peak of abs showing.
Dont take this the wrong way bro, but you probably should be focusing on gainimg weight and bulking rather than cutting, and bulking wont get you abs until you cut, which will be a year or so later down the line, but you will still be gaining muscle. I reccomend doing your own research on this.

This is one of the first videos where I am starting to see the fruits of some of my labor, and I am beginning to see that I am the person that my girlfriend obsesses over. I gotta admit, since finding your channel many of my problems suddenly disappeared. I felt weak as fuck, so I went to the gym (even started going for a bit after classes). Now I can benchpress 60kgs and new achievement: I've set my goal to be able to muscle up without any help (neither legs nor rubberbands). After having to use 2 rubberbands now I'm able to muscle up on only 1 of it (which is harder to extend). Next subgoal is to be able to muscle up on the rubber band, which is easier to extend (thus having to give away more instant power) and after the basic goal I'll try my best muscle uping with some equipment weighing me down (most likely with a backpack). It seemed, that after terrible breakup with my crush (yeah, about that, it was a one-sided love and only in the end I've managed to confess my feelings, it turned out she wasn't interested in me at all) I'd fall into hellhole of Jeffreystan consisting of porn and nonsense leisure, but I've had enough of homour to discard those plans and instead of discarding my drive into handkerchiefs I've started that self-improvement. All my effort looks like was worth it as it seems like I've planted a seed of obsession in one of the girls on the courses I attend. I have to make sure I resonate my masculinity even more. If I find enough courage, I'll ask her out. Yeah, it's still my problem: I have courage to do some other stuff, but not with women. 2 years into self improvement from 12 to 14 and here is my advice -- My Progress wasn't linear. Most of the days I just fcked scrolling shorts or reels or even so called educative podcasts but again the next day I got up again as I knew I had a long journey ahead of me as time was in my favour but if it continues like this maybe it won't . I can will say to you this if you are not making progress , :- Just keep on going , and try to consume content less or no at all and do the deep work which makes progress like tracking workouts with notion doesn't get you a physique rather doing the compound movements does . I'm 14 and I started self improvement when I started NoFap, 220+ days ago, I uninstalled all social media, became really good fighter as I switched from karate to muay thai and kickbox, I meditated everyday, read all conversations with god books and gave them to my friends , meditate everyday ,manifest, change my thoughts , and I keep going , all this and more in under 300 days. Its crazy. And if did it ,(and im nothing more superior to you) you can do it 100%, this is the perfect time to evolve, learn to love everything ,love your emotions, love your thoughts and journey ,love yourself and other. Another point I would add is to live a life that women would like to join. You can´t expect to attract a woman into your life when your day consists of 4 hours of video games, 2 porn videos, 3 episodes of some random boring ass TV series and a visit to the toilet. For me personally, I was like that, once I made my day to day life more attractive, I didn´t just attract women into my life, but also men. I'm 14 and I started self improvement when I started NoFap, 220+ days ago, I uninstalled all social media, became really good fighter as I switched from karate to muay thai and kickbox, I meditated everyday, read all conversations with god books and gave them to my friends , meditate everyday ,manifest, change my thoughts , and I keep going , all this and more in under 300 days. Its crazy. And if did it ,(and im nothing more superior to you) you can do it 100%, this is the perfect time to evolve, learn to love everything ,love your emotions, love your thoughts and journey ,love yourself and other. Think about your mind as a permanent prayer. I got my ups and downs as well, but after a down,I came to realise,I will always take myself even further. After the night the sun ALWAYS Rises.

I now make way better documentary videos than ever ,I know enough to share and guide a beginner by being more relatable and I have changed my severe acne , skinny physique and what I think was life changing was the Mindset shift.

I was heartbroken 💔 but started working on myself again... anyways I started going to town and met this gorgeous lady absolutely stunning I approached her in town she loved my confidence went back to hers stayed up speaking till like 10am the next day... done some bits etc then had dinner together spent the whole day together after meeting in the night before so anyways afterwards she tells me she's gone on a few dates with this other guy but she's not with the other guy but clearly because of the dates there's a level of emotional investment... but she tells me like I'm really cute and she likes me etc there's a spark but she wants to be friends? What should I do about this? Like should I be like yeah or should I be like fuck this other man I'm the one you want 😂 I guess I'm just growing into my new self ❤ thanks all everyone feel free to comment... 😅

Another point I would add is to live a life that women would like to join. You can´t expect to attract a woman into your life when your day consists of 4 hours of video games, 2 porn videos, 3 episodes of some random boring ass TV series and a visit to the toilet.
For me personally, I was like that, once I made my day to day life more attractive, I didn´t just attract women into my life, but also men. I started travelling and posting about it on my social media like a year ago and in that year I made multiple male friends that wanted to join me on my adventures, and multiple women also wanted to join, I am not dating any woman from these (I am not dating at all rn lol) but it sure works to have an attractive life to attract more women
