Truth be told, It's more like "It's never too late to fix ur life".

My purpose is to become a gym owner. I will lead men and women to better their lives through physical fitness and create a community of positivity and growth. Currently I work construction 9 hours on weekdays (saving for gym equipment and the capital it will take to get the gym started and running). After work I lift weights and then study for my personal trainer certification. Soon I will build a client base through personal training and then scale upwards when it is sufficient. I hope you all find a purpose worthy enough to make a man of you that will energize you through your days.

The end almost made me emotional. Just a few years ago, I was as depressed as it gets. Feeling pointless and suffering through immense shame every single day as you described. I didnt know what it was, I didnt know why. My life was alright, but not special either. But there was this voice in me that was never satisfied. That wanted me to actually do something meaningful and not live that average life my family expected me to do. Now I am 24 years old, founding my own business, having a physique I am proud of and actually getting attention and intimacy from women. That inner voice has calmed down and my depression went away. If I had listened to all those average, brainwashed guys out there, I would be still be there, sitting in my bed and crying and not knowing why. I thank you Hamza, I truly have to. While I didn't start my self-improvement journey with you, your videos never fail to inspire me once I back down even a little bit. I dont listen to anyone out there anymore unless they are somewhere where I want to be in a specific aspect of life. Why would I take advice from someone who is depressed and lost in life? It doesn't make sense

the worst thing: if you look from outside youd think that its all good but it isnt. i set myself up for failure i know i shouldnt compare to others but its just hurts to see.

I did not realise it but it seems after months of self improvement my life has really changed. For 2 years i spent 6hrs on average watching anime daily , and few more on UA-cam. But i always had an intrest in improving myself and Had the ability to live with discipline.
I spent so many hours on just researching self improvement and had thousands of failures in self improvement, but now i see the results. Hamza and a lot of other sources of self improvement had a big part in my journey.
In July my school opened and the number of things i have participated in astound me. I have participated in debates , music competitions and other fields and have been given the responsibilty of leading my juniors in some areas. I have few friends but i do have some atleast(that's something I need to work on along with my leadership skills)
Now i find myself waking early in the morning and doing music practice and study, then i go to school there i study and participate in some other workshops or debate stuff, then in school i take my music practice and sometimes have yoga practices. Then i come home and meditate, gratitude journal, exercise and read a book. I also try to find opportunities to study and read during school. I brush and sleep early at 9 to wake up at 5 next morning.
I have high chances of getting multiple captainships in school when i come in 12th grade next year. I find myself getting a lot of opportunities, more than before, or maybe it's the fact that i use the opportunities more.
Now that was all the good part , truth is that i waste a lot of time on UA-cam , i am still recovering from my masturbation addiction(i am seeing some very slow progress, i have reached a stage of doing it every alternate day from doing it 1-3times daily after 5 months of trying), i still get nervous about social situations sometimes and don't go out nearly enough.
All in all my physical , mental and social ability has grown, my lifestyle changes like mewing deep breathing etchave had some effect. There is a lot that i obviously can't write here but life is good. Believe in self improvement and you will be surprised how much you improve , even if it takes months of effort.

I have two points to break down in my comment for this video:
    Point one
There's a principle we were taught in the military: "The mission comes first, then the men and finally myself."
What this means in essence is that you as a man should prioritise your mission and purpose, whatever that is, then you focus on the people who are going to be instrumental to fulfilling the mission, taking care of their needs and providing them with what they need to help you fulfil the mission objective. Lastly your own emotions and feelings come.
This isn't a form of self deprecation, on the contrary because when you become a man of value and can take care of the things that other people struggle with, they (as in the right people for you) will innately take care of you so you don't have to worry too much about yourself.
    Point two
This is related to what Hamza said about "Not being in competition with other men. If you're in your 20's you should feel disgraced with yourself and its not a competition with yourself." Slight paraphrasing however stay with me.
My interpretation of this since I'm 28 years old now, having only started my own journey 2 years ago since leaving the army with the typical Jeffrey mindset. Whether you're 13 or 30, you have to take into consideration that we all start at different places and so yes, you are in a competition with yourself because it is the foundation phase of rediscovering who you really are.
Now from this phase once you've understood who you are as a person and you've cultivated those habits of consistent improvement, you are then competing against other men.
Do not get it twisted, it is a race however before you can even get into the race you need to qualify yourself and the quality of your habits will greatly determine what position you set off in that race. Then it's up to you to maintain them because you best believe there's always someone who's hungry for what you have.
Win the war, one battle at a time boys. Good luck to you all

      @Sravan.Allopi 2 роки тому

@@жанклодвандамм-д7д I get where you're coming from. I say that because while I was in the military I was still immature and was involved in the degenerate behaviours. On the flip side I learned skills that a lot of men don't possess and now I'm at a point where I can reflect on my life and I feel the ethos and values of being a soldier embodied within me more than ever, people are now commenting on it and they notice how I move differently. Who I was back then was a very different version of who I am now, mainly separated by mindset and behaviours.

Summary: You have a lot of potential, you should try to be productive as possible. Don't play video games or watch TV, if you want to rest talk to family, excercise, take a walk., nap those are all ways of resting while being productive. Think of your life as a race agaisnt other men, and think of who's helping you and dragging you down. Don't overwork and focus more on productivity rather than time ex: instead studying 12 hours study 4-6 hours with break.

This is my favourite style of content. *I fucking thrive off it.* We are all competing; I don't care what anyone says; I am with you on that point 100%. We have become such a docile society that we accept mediocrity and passively watch as others pass us by. For those that see past this bullshit, the opportunity is incredible. How do people think we managed to thrive as a species? Sit passively by? Or did we go out, push our limits and get shit done? It pisses me off that we blame other people and say we are victims. The information to change your life is at your fingertips, yet you continue to seek the most accessible source of dopamine and let the hard work pass you by that might lead you somewhere you can contribute to the world to your family. Dopamine detoxing is a cliche term, but there is a reason it caught traction. You are going to seek dopamine from the source of least friction. Make your dopamine source a productive, meaningful task, and my friend, you are on your way to gaming your own system.
I saw one of 1STMAN's videos recently where he discussed his principle of the male advantage and that women seemingly look toward men in their thirties now instead of in their twenties (which used to be considered the age range women sought after). If you are a younger person, for example, 14, as given in the video, imagine how far ahead of your peers, competition and other men you will be. It's ridiculous. You need a peer group who pushes you, not the ones who sit by drinking whilst playing video games and sitting on Discord all night. If you start the journey on your own, stick to it; if you do the right things, you will rub shoulders with those of a similar mindset.
    Excellent video, mate.
