I tried this as per the instructions mentioned in the video but still not able to do it. Putting weight on my hands are difficult to manage. Any asana or excercise to rectify this ?

@@YogBela the inside of the elbows should face towards the front as you bend at the elbow but you mentioned that the inside of the elbows should face each other..I hope it clarifies :)
@@arnsb the inside of elbows meaning the armpits. It will clear your question when u use the word.
I have the same query. But I noticed that the insides of her elbows were not exactly facing each other during chaturanga and half chaturanga.
