    I tried this as per the instructions mentioned in the video but still not able to do it. Putting weight on my hands are difficult to manage. Any asana or excercise to rectify this ?

    Ma'am, I'm a beginner. While going down, my shoulders are not able to take the body weight and I end up falling down. Can you please suggest something to improve this

    Hi, I've heard many teachers saying the face of the elbow should be facing forward but you mentioned that it has to be facing inward ? Can you clarify..

      @@YogBela the inside of the elbows should face towards the front as you bend at the elbow but you mentioned that the inside of the elbows should face each other..I hope it clarifies :)
