I did it this pose in this very first attempt.. Because i m following your videos and practicing yoga for last 6 months continuosley.. I built up streangth...thankyou preeti❤️❤️
Day one STOPPED AT 15 min
Day two STOPPED AT 20 min
Day three STOPPED at 25 min
Day four STOPPED at 27 min
Day five completed 34 min. GOAL ACHIEVED 💯
Thank you I have achieved it in my first practice for 1 sec only, but I am happy and I can't believe I have done it

I was able to achieve this asana earlier also but I use to shake and cannot hold it for seconds but this time it was smoother than earlier thankyou literally helpful 😊
Excellent video. Preeti's demonstration of postures spans the whole gamut of postures with multiple benefits. Her slow commentary beautifully punctuates the movement of each limb to ensure effective exercise of the posture some of which are rather challenging for the elderly.
Great pose I tried it but I couldn't hold for much time just few seconds only I will try my best . Thanks for sharing this video's and your 30 days challenge one of the arm strength video would work for these kind of poses 😘😊😊 thankyou mam

I was 12 when i used to do leg splits and more flexibility exercises to enhance my flexibility ! It worked i was so flexible i could almost do full leg splits
But idk what happened suddenly my muscles became so weak and my flexibility was gone it's been four years now and my muscles are so weak ( specially legs ) even i do physical activity as much as i can
Can anyone plz tell meh what happened with meh !
And can i heal it and reverse my strength with yoga ??

Mai 2 salo se yoga Kar rahi hu ramdev baba k video dek k aur bakio k bhi . Lekin mujhe samj me nahi ayaa ajj Tak kaun se Assan rozz karni chahiye . Itnee sare asan hee. Mujhe pata bhi nahi ki Mai sahi or rahi hu yaa nahi q ki ramdev baba ka show Jo live subhaa atii hah woh Mai pura nahi Kar pati q ki bohot deer Tak karikram chalta hai toh humeshaa bich me chorna parta hai plzzz suggest me.
