Great video!! But you must have included some warm up for wrists too.. As the final pose requires a lot of wrist strength too... ur video lacked in that one

I was able to achieve this asana earlier also but I use to shake and cannot hold it for seconds but this time it was smoother than earlier thankyou literally helpful 😊

I was 12 when i used to do leg splits and more flexibility exercises to enhance my flexibility ! It worked i was so flexible i could almost do full leg splits But idk what happened suddenly my muscles became so weak and my flexibility was gone it's been four years now and my muscles are so weak ( specially legs ) even i do physical activity as much as i can Can anyone plz tell meh what happened with meh ! And can i heal it and reverse my strength with yoga ??

Day one STOPPED AT 15 min
Day two STOPPED AT 20 min
Day three STOPPED at 25 min
Day four STOPPED at 27 min
Day five completed 34 min. GOAL ACHIEVED 💯
