30 Minute LUNGE MARATHON Kettlebell LEG Workout (🥵KETTLEBELL or DUMBBELL HIGH IMPACT WORKOUT🥵)

  • In this challenging 30 Minute LUNGE MARATHON Kettlebell LEG Workout we will have 13x Rounds Of LUNGES in total! And of course to make it a bit more effective and diverse we will add different leg exercises between these 13x sets of lunges. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds long and there will be a 20 second rest.
    In this workout there are no water-breaks so keep that in mind and push though!
    You can Simply Increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells / Weights.
    In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”

    This 54 year old did this without pausing and with 20 pound kettlebell. I love your workouts, so challenging, my muscles are growing strong. A bit harder than the squat marathon, but lunges aren’t really my forte, lol. After this though, they just might be :) Thanks for another awesome training session!

    Honestly think that is my FAVOURITE workout of yours so far since joining you nearly a month ago!!! Legs are begging for mercy lol but I love workouts like that with one consistent move in between the others. Thank you Daniel for another epic workout!

    Needed a few breaks but I only slept 4 hours last night so I think I was tired going into this workout. Anyway loved all of this! Challenging mentally and physically especially today! Lol. Used my 12kg kettlebell for lunges and 8kg for some of the other moves! The sweat is pouring! What a lunge party! Thanks so much!

    You remind me of my childhood sir, cause after this workout instead of walking i prefer to crawl (because my body, especially my legs feel so sore) like i used to do in my early age, but thank you sir for this peril leg workout session 💪❤🙏

    I have no idea why I find it to be so much fun to do the same exercise every other move, but I do! Thank you for this workout! I prefer using my upper body a bit more, so each set of lunges, I will alternate between doing simultaneous biceps curls or overhead presses (but then cannot go as heavy as you). This will be on the plan for tomorrow along with your Squat marathon.

    Did this workout and loved it was shocked I didn’t feel it the next day only used a 15lb kettlebell maybe I need to increase it next time☺️
