This kettlebell workout is an upper body full workout at home. It's a follow along full strength workout with the kettlebell. The workout includes 2 blocks of exercises of which is each block contains 8 kettlebell exercises. You will perform each movement for 40 secs long followed by 20 secs rest.

BLOCK 01
1. ONE ARM ELEVATED PUSH UP (R)
2. DECLINE ONE ARM FLY (R)
3. ONE ARM ELEVATED PUSH UP (L)

5. ROW HOLD & BACK PULL (R)
6. LYING ONE ARM PULLOVER (R)

1. ONE ARM OVERHEAD PRESS (L)

5. BENT OVER PEAK CURL & STANDING CURL

Thanks Daniel! It’s hard to find good upper body kettlebell workouts! I had to use a 10 lb dumbbell for a few exercises where my 15 lb kettlebell was too heavy! 😬🥵
When the weight is on heavier side try to do maybe less repetition but its for sure more intense and good for the muscle strength!

This looks like an upgrade on one of your circuits you did last year which I absolutley love, so will def give this a go later. One thing though I am weary of the upright row.. You favour it a lot but I worry about getting another shoulder impingement from it so I often adapt this round with something else.. Great work though your work outs really hit the spot.. those overhead pull overs single arm really rip the lats!!

For that you can better switch some heavier Dumbbells and do the upper/lower body dumbbell strength routines
