  • Kettlebell Workout | Upper Body Full Workout At Home - Strength
    This kettlebell workout is an upper body full workout at home. It's a follow along full strength workout with the kettlebell. The workout includes 2 blocks of exercises of which is each block contains 8 kettlebell exercises. You will perform each movement for 40 secs long followed by 20 secs rest.
    Please find the script for today's 30 min kettlebell upper body workout below:
    BLOCK 01
    1. ONE ARM ELEVATED PUSH UP (R)
    2. DECLINE ONE ARM FLY (R)
    3. ONE ARM ELEVATED PUSH UP (L)
    4. DECLINE ONE ARM FLY (L)
    5. ROW HOLD & BACK PULL (R)
    6. LYING ONE ARM PULLOVER (R)
    7. ROW HOLD & BACK PULL (L)
    8. LYING ONE ARM PULLOVER (L)
    BLOCK 02
    1. ONE ARM OVERHEAD PRESS (L)
    2. ONE ARM OVERHEAD PRESS (R)
    3. 2x UPRIGHT ROW TO 2x BICEPS CURL
    4. NARROW SLOW ECCENTRIC PUSH UP
    5. BENT OVER PEAK CURL & STANDING CURL
    6. LYING TRICEPS PRESSES
    7. SEATED FULL FRONT RAISE
    8. BEHIND THE NECK TRICPS EXTENSION

    Hi Daniel...I've been lifting and doing kettlebells for a few years regularly...this was different! I felt muscle soreness in places I never have before...I can tell I've progressed much more with your workouts! I really needed to change things up and I love your videos!     I did not read the title properly and was preparing myself for an intense and sweaty one but ended up enjoying focusing on strength, concentration and time under tension. Just as I wanted so I could do the legs in the evening. Another awesome workout. Thank you

    so close to completing this for the full time every exercise; but I can't do the back-swing with my heavy bell, have to switch. Loving these. Hoping for a 20lb dumbbell full body sometime :)

    Was actually able to finish this one with the 30 lb kettlebells! I totally did quit 30 seconds on some of the exercises, my muscles were one *FIRE*. Glad to add this new routine to the mix though!

    Thanks Daniel! It’s hard to find good upper body kettlebell workouts! I had to use a 10 lb dumbbell for a few exercises where my 15 lb kettlebell was too heavy! 😬🥵

      When the weight is on heavier side try to do maybe less repetition but its for sure more intense and good for the muscle strength!

    The Row Hold and Pull Back instructions keep saying Indicating using the right arm when you’re supposed to do the left, no wonder my right side is killing me 😂 missed that the first time !!

    This looks like an upgrade on one of your circuits you did last year which I absolutley love, so will def give this a go later. One thing though I am weary of the upright row.. You favour it a lot but I worry about getting another shoulder impingement from it so I often adapt this round with something else.. Great work though your work outs really hit the spot.. those overhead pull overs single arm really rip the lats!!

      For that you can better switch some heavier Dumbbells and do the upper/lower body dumbbell strength routines
