Once again my expectations are exceeded. I thought oh 30 minute just kettlebell sounds like it might be one of your easier videos. I was looking for something without jumping today. Well turns out this thoroughly kicked my butt in the best way! Thanks Daniel for keeping these creative full body kettlebell workouts coming! The only other UA-cam trainer I watch that can come close to your videos is Caroline Girvan. But I've been doing your videos exclusively since I have found them! Thank you 🙏🏼 💪🏼💪🏼

Fabulous, dripping in sweat. I have the same kettlebell weights as you and did need to go down e.g. from 16 to 12kg on some of the moves but I could do some weight for weight with you. Had a great workout that's the main thing! Thank you Daniel as ever.
Only discovered you recently and I absolutely love your workouts . Is it possible to treat us people with bad knees with a full body training with NO LUNGES ? I love your workout but I always have to skip lunges, and there is alot of lunges in your videos Thank you ❤❤❤❤
