    i actually got into this channel because of kaleila's videos! im still trying out the other exercises but i always enjoy how fun and doable they are, while not killing me too much aside from sweat haha :) u can really feel the full body exercises, and its been a few days since i've done a popsugar video. thanks for this!

    My fav vid. I hate traditional workouts because I get bored, plus they're too hard. I do this one and another one 6-7 times a week while eating what I want (in moderation), and I lost 10 lbs in 2 months. Please never stop making these!

    Am I the only person who was STRUGGLING to keep up😂🥲😭? I'm in my early twenties, and I had a hard time keeping up, probably because I'm not coordinated one bit. I almost felt embarrassed because I'm black and can't dance, nor do I have the coordination to keep up or do the moves right. It was the most fun I've had with my no coordination self😛.

      I going to try slowing the play back down until I get better. I felt uncoordinated too. But I had a lot of fun.

    Ive been doing this same work out at least 4 times a week since the beginning of January. Ive lost 7 lbs i feel stronger and more confident. I love these 3 girls. I also do the 10 minute twerk one booty sculpt. Keep up thegood content love it

    Just a disclaimer I paused the workout several times and did NOT go full out as I was already exhausted (Did a 30 minute beginner dumbbell workout about 20 minutes prior) and It was kind of hard to keep up. But even then that’s GREAT calories burned for 30 minutes!! I will definitely return. Can’t wait to see how many when I go full out.

    *I was waiting for this.* The amount of times I would look at _POPSUGAR_ looking forward to the next Kaleila Twerk workout and feeling down not seeing more of this yet _(this as I keep doing the same three previous workouts with her so much I know the choreographies by heart now)._

      It's all about flexibility. Keep going, warm up and cool down and eventually your body will loosen up. Keep your head positive too, if your brain thinks you can't do it then your body WILL follow the leader

    i been doing this workout since january because this girl’s personality is so fun and this definitely makes me sweat lmaoo also even tho i haven’t technically been measuring my weight with a scale i definitely am seeing a difference. favorite video hands down.

      Yes I lost 85 pounds and I am diagnosed with Failed back syndrome and Chronic Sactic Neve Damage. 6 surgeries for the pain( implant)

    Ok this seems fun, definitely trying this.
    Wow, this was good. I don't dance as much as I used to so this should get me back into it. A lot of fun, and I am definitely sweating. 🎉🎉🎉
    So I heard that cardio everyday and lifting twice a week is good, a long with proper nutrition is all we need to stay lean. I'm gonna try to do this workout or other similar ones everyday.

    This is no workout, it's a choreography.
    Kaleila, I really enjoy your twerkouts but this was so hard to follow.
    Because the whole thing was choreographed, it was difficult to be in tune the whole way.
    Please go back to how you used to do your workouts, the way you did the first two twerkouts, please!!!!!😢😢😢

    I would need to watch/do this like 10 times before I can enjoy it bc learning a new move as it’s happening slows down the actual work out and I’m doing the so much less than what’s happening on screen but I really want to learn all the moves so I can have fun

    Best workouts are allways with kaleila. But you really have to show the musica you use in the videos they addictive, but i never can find them. Can someone help me with this?

    Not only is this soo enjoyable it also helps you to feel better about yourself and loose weight, if your just starting, try your best to pull through to the end even if you don't get all the moves correctly still finish the video, and the next time you're going at it again, you'll be better at it

    너무 간단한데 하고 시작했는데 5분 넘기기 힘듭니다. 그냥 미친듯 열흘따라했는데 4킬로 빠졌습니다. 처음에는 가운데 언니밖에 안보이다 마지막엔 저오른쪽 풍채좋은 언니가 먼저쓰러지나 내가먼저 쓰러지나 보자 이런생각이 듭니다. 아무튼 한달후 이뻐져서 다시 남길게여 ♡😂

    You ladies are absolutely gorgeous and can definitely work that body. This old lady....not so much. I have never felt more old and more white than I did doing this workout. HOWEVER, I WILL be doing this again because it was much fun. It is definitely a GREAT workout. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be doing this again. (I am determined not to look weird while twerking! Hahahahaha)

    En los workouts de danza, generalmente me pierdo tratando de seguir al intructor pero los tuyos son fantasticos. ;)
