- This is an insane high intensity abs workout. This is pretty much a HIIT cardio abs workout which will help you to burn fat and get abs at the same time.
Try this one out along with my other abs workout to get abs! This workout is meant to increase your heart rate so that you burn heaps of calories so you can get your abs at a faster rate! Remember diet is extremely important when it comes to getting abs and losing fat!

This high intensity abs workout will help to BURN FAT and get those AB MUSCLES! This is crucial because the reason why you can't see your abs is because it is under a layer of fat. This workout helps with burning fat and also getting those ab muscles!

+Rebekah + Miru This workout works the abs as well as your whole body which is why it's intense and helps to burn body fat. The reason why you didn't engage your abs is because you probably didn't squeeze your abs when you're doing the movements! Try to squeeze and tense your core muscles when you're doing it and you will feel the difference. It can be quite hard sometimes since you might be focusing on jumping! My abs were sore the next day after completing it for the first time last week.

This ab workout works! I’m a man and it works so fast. Now I can see the visible lines on my stomach. It is so visible especially when you’re standing and engaging your cores a bit. Will definitely continue doing this for better results. Thank you, Ting and you’re gorgeous! ☺️
I won't lie. This is a difficult workout (especially the knee pulls!) but totally worth it after doing it for almost 3 months now because it targets multiple muscle groups (especially the legs!). No, I didn't get the abs but I'm happy that my stomach is flatter and way way looking better. Still, this got to be one of Chloe's scariest workouts 😂❤

Day 30/30 completed!!!!!!!!!
Day 1- ✅ It was actually fun but I got out of breath 👍
Day 2- ✅ tuck jumps killed me because I pushed so hard! Was exhausted but feel accomplished :)
Day 3- ✅ Getting easier! Oof now i got a full body workout 🏋️♀️
Day 4- ✅ Took unnecessary breaks today because i was tired so today wasn’t the best_
Day 5- ✅ same as yesterday :(
Day 6- ✅ challenged myself so hard today, but it was worth the pain :)
Day 7- ✅ Apart from me dying from high knee and tuck jumps, i did really well today compared to the past week :D
Day 8- ✅ Did rather fast :D
Day 9- ✅ Wasn’t as good
Day 10- ✅ Pushed hard and got done pretty fast!
Day 11- ✅ Had to take a toilet break at the start 😂 so didn’t do my best XD
Day 12- ✅ Wasn’t my best but i pushed hard!
Day 13- ✅ OMG i managed to do all of these in high intensity under 12 minutes! Really proudly pushed hard :)
Day 14- ✅ Two weeks completed ✔️ I felt like I could have done better today but oh well. I tried.
Day 15- ✅ pretty quick today :)
Day 16- ✅ really sucked in my abs and pushed through today - also improved!
Day 17- ✅ Pushed hard..not the best today
Day 18- ✅ Pushed hard and i think i did really good today!
Day 19- ✅ Done in 11 minutes
Day 20- ✅ same as day 18 & 19!!
Day 21- ✅ pretty much the same as yesterday but started 14:23 ended 14:34
Day 22- ✅ eight days of this workout left
Day 23- ✅ done in exact time:))
Day 24- ✅ same as yesterday :D! Pushed so hard ;)
Day 25- ✅ 5 days left! Same as yesterday but 0 breaks and all high Intensity!
Day 26- ✅ took 11-12 minutes but thats because i went above and beyond my limits 😪🥵😁
Day 27- ✅ Did itttt :) 3 days left!
Day 28- ✅ pushed harshly but completed it 😁😆 2 days left!! :DD
Day 29- ✅ finshing TOMORROW:D
Day 30- ✅ Everyday got easier and today i managed to shorten the breaks and i didnt stop - at all! I improved so much! Results? Its worth it :)

One last for yesterday’s program! 10 min abs. Okay I’m done with yesterday’s program. 3 more videos for today. This was okay. Two more to go. This one was easy. I got one last to go but I will do it during the rest day tomorrow. I need to sleep.
Day 28: Active rest day. I worked out a bit.
Week 5:
Day 29: I feel like I am not this motivated but I’ve come so far! I shall not give up! I’m finished with day 27 so now I have full body and abs. Full body done!
Measurements: I’ve gain a little weight in the past week. I don’t know if its because of Christmas or of my lack of motivation. Anyways, I will keep going!
Day 30: Abs= done. Wow! I’m still there at day 30! I did more than half. I can’t give up. Arms and upper body 1st time: done! 2nd done too. I took less breaks today so I’m proud of myself.
Day 31: Back and motivated. I’m done with intense legs. HIIT is done. This is so hard and intense but it feels great afterwards.
Day 32: Active rest day. MERRY CHRISTMAS
Day 33: I’m done with the abs from last day. Now on today’s program I got 2 times arms and abs and one time abs. Wish me good luck. First time of arms and abs done. It is hard but not to much.
I wanted to take some measurements because with Christmas, you know. I almost did not gain inches or weight so that’s nice.
Day 34: I did not do much yesterday. So I will finish yesterday’s and today’s workout today. Second time arms and abs: done! I did not take extra breaks, which means PROGRESS! 15 minutes abs done! I think I’m getting better at this one too.
Day 35: Active rest day. Since I took yesterday pretty calm I have to do yesterday’s exercises today. Currently doing full body. It is very hard! Lots of cardio. Done! This did make me sweat enough. Feels good.
Week 6:
Day 36: Still got one video to finish before today’s ones. Done! Hard but not so hard at the same time. Next I have a 30 minutes full body.
Please do your stretching routine before & after workout. I really need it because whenever i do pushups or something like this my body is crunchy and sometimes it hurts. I don't think my stretching routine is enough. Your workout videos always motivates me :)

🌸Day 1: This was really difficult and there were moments that I had to pause and stop for a few seconds, but I'm proud that I did the workout. As a beginner who sits all day (and has parents who would wonder what's going on if I was stomping around), I highly appreciate that you included low-intensity versions. Anyway, I gotta wash up now, because I'm covered in sweat. 🌸
🌸Day 2: For whatever reason, my abs weren't particularly sore, but my muffin top/back was SO sore!!! Today was about as difficult as yesterday, and I was once again covered in sweat lol. I didn't expect this, but I woke up this morning and my stomach was definitely flatter (and I ate taco bell the night b4, 6 tacos to be exact). Anyway, see you tomorrow!!🌸

I've been doing this workout for 4 days now and I'm trying to push it for 2 weeks✨
Initial weight: 77.1kg (I'm a tall girl btw ;) )
Day 1✔️: The workout was really hard and exhausting, I took a 5 min break after the knee pull. My thighs hurt a bit next day. I didn't tighten my core muscles because it was really hard. I was sweating a lot.
Day 2✔️: Still took a 5 min break after the knee pull. It was sweaty today as well. I tightened my core muscles for some portion of the exercise. The exercise didn't hurt that much.
Day 3✔️: I did the whole workout in one go!! Yayyyy! But my lower ab muscles did hurt a lot afterwards😅. The workout has definitely gotten easier to do now, my muscles don't hurt that much. I tighten my core muscles as well.
Day 4✔️: Same as day 3. Didn't took any break midway. The workout has definitely got way easier as compared to day 1.

Started on 22/10,it's already been a week now that i started but i will update , i'm chubby and dont really have a flat stomach
week 1 : at the beggining it was kinda hard but not too hard either ,just sometimes i forgot to squeeze my abs and tend to loose balance in some exercices ,but now at the end of this week i can definitely do it without any difficulties and i noticed that my stomach is flatter now , also i dont diet i eat whatever i want but dont overeat and I do 16/8 IF
Week 2 : it's really a lot easier ,i dont do it with the video anymore because i memorized it so i do it with my own music ,i feel like my stomach got flatter
Week 3 : it wasnt rlly a good week both physically or mentally, i only did it 4 days this week bcs i injured my back so i took 3 days of rest and now im fine again . Honestly i didnt see any change this week but i keep telling to myself that maybe right now im not where i want to be but it will CHANGE if i keep trying
week 4 : I'm stopping it because i feel like it doesnt do something anymore so im switching to a plank challenge , i lost 2cm of waist and i feel great i definitely rzcommend this !

Day 20: I had to finish the fourth exercise of yesterday today. It was okay a great burn. Now full body! Done! This was hard… Last video done! I will take some measurements later.
Measurement results: I can’t believe I am still losing inches! Watching yourself get your ideal body is so satisfying! I am suppose to get a breast reduction surgery in the up coming year but at this point I’m not even sure I will need it anymore. Thank you Chloe xox

Day 22: This first one was pretty hard. I had to pause a lot. Now I just want to get the second one done. Okay this was hard but I’ve done it even if I wasn’t so motivated anymore. Proud of me.
Day 23: First is done. I don’t want to do arms again but here we go. Second time done. It was harder this time. Okay, I’m done for the day. See you tomorrow comment section.
Day 24: I’m done with the legs. I pushed myself and it made it harder. Now its abs time.
Day 25: Active rest day. I had to finish the last 5 minutes of yesterday’s workout today. I’m going to take some measurements. No big changes, I even gained a little wait but no big deal 😊.
Day 26: I’v done the 20 minutes full body! It was really intense, but it also feels really good. Two more videos to go.
Day 27: I got really weak at half of the second video of yesterday so I’m finishing it today. I feel like throwing up, but let’s continue. Done

How long does it take to see a difference?
@@hunnybunnytango6634 It's been a year since you've asked this, but based on my experience, it takes roughly around two to three weeks before you notice it yourself. It definitely requires patience, but just remember to keep going and take it easy from time to time.

I would just like to say thank you! I haven't been able to exercise in 7 months due to shoulder surgery. I'm a 13 year old boxer and I love to work out and stay fit. I just started being able to work out again, and finding your channel made me so happy! I'm able to work out my core and my legs on the side also in just 10 minutes, while not harming my shoulder any further. Even though your work-outs are hard, they make me feel accomplished like I'm working my way back to where I was. So thank you so much!

Day 1: Burnt out! I did all the modified version that she has in the video (THANK U FOR THAT ILY) because the other ones are too intense for me! I feel like this workout will work, I mean I already feel it. I like that it standing up workouts aswell.

Day 1 of doing this workout.: Sweating like crazy. Almost gave up. But finished faster than I thought. (58.8kg, 5’4 or 5’5 ft tall, suffering from PCOS) I will add 15 mins hulahoop to this too)
Day 2 (Oct 22) : a lil less easier than before. Plus 15mins hulahoop: 58.2kg
Day 3 (Oct 23: this plus other workout 58.4

Day 1: did it and it felt good. I already feel my belly fat burning.
When Why update
Basics:
Height: about 169, 170 / 5'6.
Weight: 59 kg / 129 lbs, right? 🤡
Goal: Look fitter. I already do workout for about a year and 3 months or so, but yet I still don't get a perfectly flat stomach, which is one of the things I get uncomfortable about.
I binge, but I'm trying to stop by myself. :) However, sometimes I just get the urge to do it again whenever I'm having just a little four pieces of chocolate, but I'm fighting back!
I'll be trying this everyday for a week, total of seven days. I'll keep you updated!
Day 1.
Never tried HIIT, but that was intense. Didn't really feel the burn, although I really did try and squeeze my abs, but it didn't seem to happen, but it got my heartrate heart rate up, definitely..! Breathing hurt. 😂
YAY! I DID EVERYTHING IN HIGH INSTENSITY!!! Well yeah, I don't have much time to do ab routines so I picked this. I use this everytime I get a hectic schedule. And I'm so satisfied with it! ❤

@Sac Ri I’d say it toned my legs. They became more muscle than just fat. After you do this a while though, you do start to feel it and see it in your abdomen area too.

Day 1: I’m eating pretty healthy but not limiting calories. I did this, butt and waist. It was super hard and I’m tired.
Day 2: while eating healthy and doing this again, I’m already seeing results. Flatter tummy.
Day 3: my legs were sore af so this was hard to do. My tummy is still looking flatter. Remember guys, Rome wasn’t built in a day!!

you’re young, don’t worry about weight, just eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner or else at the age you’re at it’s very easy to develop an eating disorder
I love these short intense workouts! By the time I feel like I've had enough, it's over.
I do the 6 minute workout in the morning, then later I do a ten minute one. And Chloe is a very cute
kid. ( I'm 70, everybody is a kid to me ).
Ive been doing this for the past 6 days, I had one day off though. I do this exercise and then do 100 twists on the Everlast Fit Twisting Board and I notice that once i start twisting my abs are really working right away! Im happy with the standing workouts as regular ab work on the floor always hurts my lower back too much
I have a problem keeping myself balanced while doing the exercises.
Maybe its beacuse your not squeezing your abs enough

Xun Xuan ****maybe not /everyday/ because this is a HIIT workout; which you should not do for more than 3x a week. your muscles need rest and doing it more than 3x (a week) will lead to overtraining your body and might even damage your progress. stay safe and let your body rest. wish you the best of luck on your fitness journey!
okay, thanks for your advice! i normally rest on weekends and workout on weekdays so i guess i could do this 3 days a week and do other low impact workouts on the other two days. really appreciate this, thank you so much :)
I love using your videos as a way to exercise at home. They're challenging to the point where I want to give up, but I push through them, and I feel good after. I say to myself, "Just finish this video, you can do it. If Chloe did it, I can too." And then I finish it, and I go on to the next video for the day. I continue the process until I feel accomplished for the day.

This has worked so well for me. Before I worked out, I was at 219 lbs. Two years later, I am now 133. I still need to tone up and these videos you've made are doing the trick. No 6 pack yet (Just started lol), but I have seen some slim down.

Is doing the low impact still effective, and will I achieve desired weight loss? I have to do low impact because i live in an apartment, many thanks
It's effective just a little less so. I also do low impact versions, and for the same reason, and I've been losing fat with Chloe's routines.
It is effective, all it means is less pressure on your joints, like your knees etc.
Low impact doesn’t mean low effort x

So far I’m on day 19 on the two month shred and I haven’t skipped a day. I am see a big difference on my stomach and my back a lot. My legs are not easy to see a difference from but I do think they got a bit smaller. This is the program I’ve been looking for years! She deserves much more credit for all her effort into this! standing ab workouts are awesome! especially for those who have had surgery on or around their midsection, and are not allowed to do any planks or floor exercises. you can still get an intense workout even with low impact and not hurt yourself if you just had surgery.
