@@nogo23I quit my nightly giant bowl of ice cream habit 😂 AND hit the workouts nearly every day for the first two months of exercising. When I was too tired or sore I at least did stretching or yoga. My workouts were always Anna's videos. Good job with building muscle and strength!!

A perfect workout. 50:10 is a great timing interval - I catch my breath (barely), but the exhaustion keeps ticking up throughout. Wow! I can face whatever the day throws at me now that the endorphins are kicking in. Thanks for all you do!

I have been doing your workouts for about 8 weeks now and I absolutely love them! You have such a contagious energy and spirit and you just bring positive vibes to the workout. I actually chose to do an advanced workout tonight and loved it and that is saying a lot for me! Even my kids have noticed that I have gotten stronger and in better shape. Hi Anna! Since 2021 I’ve been working out with your videos and sooo happy to share that even though right now I’m 36 weeks pregnant, I haven’t quit. Most of your workouts are amazing for pregnant woman, keeping in mind if the pregnancy doesn’t have risk and if the person is active. In this video for example I made 3-4 modifications, trying to make it totally suitable for me and I’m planning to workout until the belly bell ring :)
I want now to ask you to continue filming the upper body session with dumbbells with such great tempo or isometric moves. All love and appreciation from Ukraine!

How do you want to rank that? Every body is different, for example I am very tall, so leverage makes some exercise harder, some not.
