    This workouts? They are INEFFABLE! First and only coach ever able to make me do all exercise constantly. Very well organized routines that energize you.     Love her work outs. So clear and the full 45 seconds of each sequence. It's really much more of a work out than many other on pilates looks like.

    Day 1
    I feel so grateful, I was sweating like HELL. At some point I wasn't even sure if I was peeing, my legs were shaking. I just wanna stick with this video and do it at least for a week. I wanna set a mini goal of doing it 3 times a week. I HAD to take 3 pauses okay but again I have something to strive for.

    first time doing exercises with dumbbells sweat crazy last five min is hard i can’t move my leg 😂 i had to rest, push my self to complete feel good after workout💪

    20240203 와우~~ 30분 넘나 순삭이네요~~ 저는 2,3,4,5 골고루 사용해서 했어요~ 들어올리는 힘은 부족해서 가볍게~ 내려뜨리는것은 무겁게~~덤벨의 매력 진짜 해보면 알아요~~

    Day 2. This round I took break only one time after lunge. It was a MUST break. I felt like I hurt my left hip, so couldn't do lunge but I replaced with some arm exercise instead. I didn't feel pain when I did squat though. When it's UP next just rest girls haha it will be easier.

    I had a very bad burnout 11 weeks ago and have completely lost trust in my own body. Couldn’t go to work ever since and I have been bound to bed for a few weeks. After a lot of rest and getting rid of most stressors in my life I finally was able to start easy Yoga, today I finally was able to follow this workout. It‘s baby steps of progress, but I‘m getting there!
