By the time it was at 90%, my legs and arms were literally shaking…. I didn’t think I could finish it… but somehow with a few breaks in the end I did it… and it feels like an accomplishment …. Thank you so much for these workouts… we love you too Anna..💗!!
My new favorite workout. I love working out with weights but hate jumping and getting on the floor. I recommend to those doing this workout taking a 30 second water break halfway through the workout, but no sitting; it’s too easy for your body to relax and then the other half of the workout is that much more difficult (had to learn that the hard way)

I love your "No Jumping" Workous! I was born with slightly deformed hip sockets which caused a bunch of other problems, especially in my knees, so jumping - much less running - are not recommended for me. THANK YOU for all you do

Love this workout! I do hit work out all the time but I have lots of injuries in my wrist, shoulder and hip. I can do pretty much everything in this workout without modification. This is a first for this work out and I absolutely love love it.!❤️

Just finished this month’s challenge thank you Anna for showing up for us and providing consistency. Through this I can see my progress from planks on my toes ,a semi push up and a whole arm workout with 4kg weights. I started with 1kg from a shoulder injury. Regardless of the fitness level - this hits on all levels. When i first started doing your workouts i could do like 10 sec then needed a short second break. Now i am going for longer. Your workouts help strengthen - which is amazing to feel

Wow! I’ve been doing several other workouts to target different areas of the body, but boy am I glad I found this! It seems to cover most my target areas and isn’t easy, isn’t boring and pushes you to the end! Very rewarding to complete! And the cool down is the cherry 🍒 on top! Thank you! 🙏🏽

Day 1 I was only able to finish 85% because now i'm feeling nauseous but i'm really proud of myself I did a 7 minute working before this one to get my body going . And lord my legs are so shaky - Will be coming back everyday for progress report. Day 2 I did the 7 minute workout before this one. Today I feel a little better about lifting weights but its still a bit of a struggle my legs were burning! 🤣 checking in tomorrow.
After decades of soccer legs and long distance running, I finally decided to give my arms some love and focus on them a bit more. Today was an unexpected and lovely surprise of an arm burner! Thanks, as always, Anna!
Exactly everything I wanted, low impact + standing + dumbles no repeat. Wow!!. I could hardly do 30%. Will set a goal to up by 10% a week. Hopefully will reach 100% in 2 months. Thats a pretty good goal.
Ok. This is good! I haven't did a workout like this in a year. I'm a bit rusty, but overall it is pretty easy to follow and beginner friendly. I didn't make it through the entire video. However, I stopped at 17:41, and I will pick back up Wednesday night. What I enjoy most about YT workouts is the ability to feel no shame at all with where your endurance is. Everyone is allowed to move at their own pace, and we gradually build that endurance up like champs! Thanks for sharing, and Happy New Year to all! :)
I've been working out in some form for 40 plus years. But at my age, my body just can't take all the jumping, but I am still interested in staying fit, in staying strong, in a challenge, and in efficiency. This workout meets those criteria. I can do the 45 minute version, but I needed the time frame of this workout. Thanks so much.
i've recently improved my consistency with my exercise and have noticed increased strength, this is one of the first times I have been able to strongly complete a workout and feel great after it. the biggest thing I have learned is to challenge myself but work at my own level. i have found that if I get too ambitious it makes me want to quit because it's more than I can handle, but taking things at my own pace and not worrying about what other people are doing has helped so much. everyone is at their own point on their fitness timeline and at different levels!
I have been diagnosed with RA a month ago and this is the first weight exercise which i was able to do in a while, really grateful for moving with you today thank you ♥️

Excellent- I’ve been looking for just a simple toning routine with weights!! And this is a standing routine which is a bonus!! There’s a ton of HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, etc, etc, out there that clogs up my feed - and I enjoy all of those. But it takes some searching to find a simple toning routine with weights! That’s not to say this isn’t challenging! 🥵 Just love this routine! It will go on regular rotation! Thank you!!
This is an excellent workout!!! I am hyper-mobile (this workout didn't aggravate my sore joints), love weights but I get bored so easily with repeats and hate jumping exercises 🤣 Thank you SO much, it's perfect for me!

Wow! I’ve been doing several other workouts to target different areas of the body, but boy am I glad I found this! It seems to cover most my target areas and isn’t easy, isn’t boring and pushes you to the end! Very rewarding to complete! And the cool down is the cherry 🍒 on top! Thank you! 🙏🏽

Revelation 3:15-18 explains that we can’t be cold and hot at the same time which is being a lukewarm. In other words, if we are hot, which is really repenting and turning from sin) if we are cold we just completely don’t really follow God. If we mix those together it makes a lukewarm which they will be spat out Gods mouth and won’t inherit the kingdom of heaven.

Day 1 I was only able to finish 85% because now i'm feeling nauseous but i'm really proud of myself I did a 7 minute working before this one to get my body going . And lord my legs are so shaky - Will be coming back everyday for progress report.
Day 2 I did the 7 minute workout before this one. Today I feel a little better about lifting weights but its still a bit of a struggle my legs were burning! 🤣 checking in tomorrow.

Exactly everything I wanted, low impact + standing + dumbles no repeat. Wow!!. I could hardly do 30%. Will set a goal to up by 10% a week. Hopefully will reach 100% in 2 months. Thats a pretty good goal.

Ok. This is good! I haven't did a workout like this in a year. I'm a bit rusty, but overall it is pretty easy to follow and beginner friendly. I didn't make it through the entire video. However, I stopped at 17:41, and I will pick back up Wednesday night. What I enjoy most about YT workouts is the ability to feel no shame at all with where your endurance is. Everyone is allowed to move at their own pace, and we gradually build that endurance up like champs! Thanks for sharing, and Happy New Year to all! :)
I've been working out in some form for 40 plus years. But at my age, my body just can't take all the jumping, but I am still interested in staying fit, in staying strong, in a challenge, and in efficiency. This workout meets those criteria. I can do the 45 minute version, but I needed the time frame of this workout. Thanks so much.
i've recently improved my consistency with my exercise and have noticed increased strength, this is one of the first times I have been able to strongly complete a workout and feel great after it. the biggest thing I have learned is to challenge myself but work at my own level. i have found that if I get too ambitious it makes me want to quit because it's more than I can handle, but taking things at my own pace and not worrying about what other people are doing has helped so much. everyone is at their own point on their fitness timeline and at different levels!
For me this is the most amazing routine. All standing with weights and no jumping!!

Excellent- I’ve been looking for just a simple toning routine with weights!! And this is a standing routine which is a bonus!! There’s a ton of HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, etc, etc, out there that clogs up my feed - and I enjoy all of those. But it takes some searching to find a simple toning routine with weights! That’s not to say this isn’t challenging! 🥵 Just love this routine! It will go on regular rotation! Thank you!!

This is an excellent workout!!! I am hyper-mobile (this workout didn't aggravate my sore joints), love weights but I get bored so easily with repeats and hate jumping exercises 🤣 Thank you SO much, it's perfect for me!
