So I am at the office finishing my work and I decided to actually do this, before I check out. No weights, no gym clothes or shoes. Let me tell you my average bpm was 124 with a max of 142. I am female, 49 yo, 157 cm height and 73 kilos (yes overweight)... It was intense, not easy but glad I managed... ❤

Edit: Did it a few times now and *phew* the last three exercises are really tough 😅 I really have to keep my breathing in check so my BPM doesn’t go up to like 190. Otherwise it’s exactly as fun as it looked ☺️

I love these sorts of workouts, I did my workout with a kettle bell and it worked the same, the only thing I struggled with was bicep curls and etc but otherwise an amazing sweaty workout! X
