Yeah same with me my bodytype. Hasfit also makes nearly all comprehensive that is very important to my body, moving many muscles at same time to different directions. If I train one muscle group at time, makes me very sore. Hasfit programs make me being mobile even after training. I started with senior workouts and went further taking new videos that suits to my body. Normal muscle building at gym does not fit me at all. These videos are lot of different from others. Awesome! I love this. I have the other 2 warmup videos memorized, this one may take me a little while to get used to and get memorized as well, but the more I do this the quicker it will come to me. I just got myself a smartphone and am currently updating thing in the process, so these videos can pop up on my newsfeed the moment they are posted, so once that happens as soon as I'm free I'll get to them and do them. Usually walk before I warm up but this morning I am having to push myself to exercise so decided to just do the warm up and then weight training before I find an excuse. Have a great weekend!

Should this warmup be done before or after the dynamic warmup? They are both warmups, but is it better to do the cardio warmup first and then the dynamic one, or the other way around?

I love HASfit - I'm overweight and quite unfit so your routines are really helping me to break in fitness without hurting myself. As a side note, I was obsessed with the number on the scales so I measure myself instead, I've lost 3 inches from my waist in 2 weeks with your workouts and eating better :) I will weigh myself every month to get a guide on how I'm doing but it got to the point where I was weighing myself 3 times a day and would get so discouraged if my weight increased at all and would use it as an excuse to regain the weight. Is this the right thing to do? (measuring myself once per week and weighing once per month?) Thanks so much for your encouragement. I am determined to be fitter both physically and mentally. xx
Holly, congratulations on your progress! We're proud of you. The struggle with the scale is very real and we suggest getting rid of it. Gauging your progress by the inches you lose and how your clothes feel is a wonderful way to combat the scale. Additionally, the scale is not an accurate representation of what's going on inside. You could be gaining lean muscle and replacing fat and that will look as though you're not losing anything at all. Progress when done the healthy way is slow. Patience and persistence is key. going on month number 5. did 2 months muscle building, 2 months motive, now back to muscle building.. my muscles are more firm now, but i can't do as much weight as i did 2 months ago.

There are a few different warm up options. Is there a certain one that is good to do before an ab workout?
For ab routines, warm ups aren't really necessary unless you want to but any warm up will do
