    I've been doing this since August every other day with your other cardio plus muscle workouts and lost 40 pounds. I'm at my skinniest thanks to you. I'm at 10 percent of body fat.

    I love how he encourages you during the workout the number of times i felt like curling up and giving up is too damn high but he would say something and I'd be like ok ok just a lil longer and the quotes during the break were motivating too. Glad I found this :D

    Update: With this workout and roughly a 1500 calorie a day diet, I have lost 10 lbs. in 3 weeks! I'm sticking with it! Thanks coach!

      Agree, been doing this workout for a long time. When the gyms closed for Covid I was doing this workout 2-3 times a day

    I've been doing this exercise for a little over a week now and i really am starting to feel some change already. I've been sad and a little depressed here lately and i have to say, doing this exercise really makes me feel better about myself physically and mentally. I love you man!

    There's too many cardio routines on YT that have breaks between each exercise or just want to destroy you with endless squats and presses. With those, I don't feel myself breathing hard enough and the results aren't as impressive.
    But with this video? "MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!" I love it that the goal is to just keep moving no matter what and squeeze out as many reps as possible. Coach Kozak motivates and pushes me way harder and the results are infinitely better. Thanks coach!

    Was feeling really depressed and found this workout. I love how there’s no timer, just an instructor. It makes it feel more personal and keeps you focused on the workout rather than the time. Felt like I was back in sports practice. I’m obsessed!! Thank you for this !

    im just leaving this comment here because i wanted to make a point that, despite this video being 5 years old(at least, at the time of writing), im using it on a regular basis and it helps keep me going; not too hard, doesnt need a lot of space: basically so doable that i cant find an excuse for myself, and that's been helping me do every next workout.
    thanks for that. fitness is hard and im grateful to be in an age where i have so many resources to help me on my journey.

    He is literally the best coach ever, seeing how he never gave up motivated me to work at my worst.Seeing him work out with me right by my side was truly amazing.Pushing through with me give me a passion to see that I can do what seemed impossible at first seem like I could possibly do it a second time!!

    Thank You so much for all of your videos and free meal Plans!!!! I first started watching all your videos back in 2012. After i had my daughter in 2011 i was over weight. In April 2012 I started jogging and dieting, by August of 2012 i had lost 23 pounds. i was at 143 and went down to 115. I then wanted to tone up and thats when came across your youtube channel and it was challenging! Love it! It helped be reach my goals and motivated me to stay fit and healthy! I recently went through a tough time in the last 2 years and just gave up and gained so much weight back :-(. I am at 150 now and Im ready to just shed all that weight off again!     You have no idea how much I came to love working out after watching your training sessions! It's hard to find decent coaches over here. I've been attending sessions that made me hate working out so much which made the pain that's supposed to feel good feel absolutely horrible. People like me are so blessed for having such an amazing coach on the other side of the world

    I've been following this workout for 7 years! just finished it for the morning💪🏾my favourite workout ever and I ALWAYS sweat. I love it!!!     This is a really great workout. I have been doing it for 3 weeks and can already see results. BUT, I do it with 1KG weight on each ankle and 3 Kg weight in each hand. Only this 15 min routine in the morning along with push ups. In the evening this routine followed by push ups and some ab exercises.
    I had one question though.
    how many calories might one burn, by doing this work out aggressively??? any idea anyone?
    EDIT/UPDATE: (After 1 year)
    I am coming back and posting after 1 year. I have definitely given this video more than 365 hits in the last year :). My routine continued. 2-3 months on n off in the middle, besides that, everyday with Sunday rest. Ankle weights went up to 3Kg and 6Kg in each hand, plus push ups and Ab exercizes. I was 96Kg, I lost 22Kg in 9 months, of course with a controlled diet. You're sweating in 5 min, and once you keep doing this workout more n more, you keep becoming better at it.
    This workout burns 100-300 Calories, depending on intensity. I found out.
    People ask me, "what is the trick?". Well, here are some pointers from my Side:
    - Drink a glass of cold water as soon as you wake up. (this boosts metabolism first thing in the day)
    - MAKE SURE you've eaten your dinner 3 hours before going to bed. (digest before sleeping)
    - Cut carbs from diet. No breads/No Rice etc.
    - Most often when you feel hungry, you're actually not. Drink loads of water and you would not be hungry anymore.
    - (Might apply to some, depending on meal timings) - Try and eat the next meal only after the previous meal has been fully digested and excreted.
    - Tell people: I told everyone, "i am going to lose weight, wait n watch". this induced a sense of responsibility and urged me to prove my self, I was dedicated.
    - BE CONSISTENT: Cant emphasize this more. I ate pizza on Sunday's, but Monday, back to exersize.
    - DON'T overdo it: Sometimes you feel you need rest, take rest. Take a break for a week then get back to it. You don't want to become a body builder, you just want to tone up.
    - SWEAT IS FAT CRYING :)
    I still haven't reached my goal weight, will update this post once i have.

    This was my 1st time doing your workout. .I am a 6th grade drama and language arts teacher. My husband and I have 4 boys ages 7 to 17. They all are in sports (soccer and football) so not much time for me. I am 44 and fortunate to be thin, but being thin doesn't always mean being in shape. I made it through your 15 minutes but it was tough! Thanks for keeping it free! I am putting your video on my daily to-do list!.

    i love you!! i've lost 30 pounds doing these workouts along with fitnessblender (im 15). i find it really hard to continue sometimes though. i have a long way to go but i will not give up. i'll do whatever it takes to feel comfortable in my body & love it. thank you.

    for me im a college athlete and i push my self very hard with this, i use 5 pound dumbbells, it is the best workout ive ever done. ive also noticed that there is an after-burn, meaning you continue to burn calories after, so depending on your pace you could be burning twice the amount of calories after the workout OVER A PERIOD OF TIME. that is IF YOU PUSH YOUSELF HARD ENOUGH!

      Update: I’ve been losing more weight just by intermittent fasting (20:4 and 18:6) , walking twice a day for 30 mins and doing a mix of weight training and 30 min hiit workouts throughout the week. Plus a slight caloric deficit. I’m now at 134 lbs

      If you really want to lose weight try insanity, it's a 60 day program but it's not easy. It will also condition your body and strength you. Not like diets where you feel weak all of the time and low energy. This will give you tons more energy.

    I LOVE THESE TWO!!!
    I have never been a fan of working out at home... or working out period, but after my button popped off my Pants knew I had to make a change, so my friend and I dedicated ourselves to getting fit and she sent me this link.
    Not only am.i losing weight and gaining muscle, but I have LOADS of energy and it happened so quickly.
    I enjoy their positivity and their dedication to everyone who watches them, and the fact it's free.

    jeez!! First time doing this and I AM SWEATING!! Great workout! Did this and your 15min strength training one and now im super worn out. Im doing the blogities 30 day beginnier workout but as soon as I'm done I am going for the 90 day challange!! BTW no weights no excuse! I used two water bottles unopened as weights and still got a great workout!

      I was just thinking what I could sub for actual dumbells, I was thinking um, using 2 can goods, but two water bottles is great, I think I'll fill em' with sand/dirt. Don't wanna buy anything else, just bought jump rope and resistance bands.

      Andrei-Ionut Bordianu I was weighting 89.5 kg when I started in August and on date of my previous comment I was 68kg. I did this 6 times a week of course mixing other videos on UA-cam and a diet that I created for myself I managed to lose 2 kilos per week on the first months.. Now I am taking it more lightly and privilige jogging to earn some more cardio

    Im a 13 year old boy unhappy with his weight and when i came on this it was fantastic!!!! Instead if dunbells i used carrots in a tin still fantastic great job :) ive never sweated so much in my life.

    This was the first video that I ever did with Hasfit and almost five years later I still come back to it because it's fun and motivational.     Thank u so much for providing such a impact full workout. While doing it for first time, many time i feel like pausing the video for a while to gathered up some strength, but I didn't do that because you keep on motivating me to finish till the end, between two exercise there was very good motivating quotes which keeps me going. thanks once again, I loved it..

    Want to burn wait fast as possible? Do this set once at night. Sleep so you burn extra body fats and proteins. Than do a set right when you wake up. This will guarantee weight loss in about a week or two. Trust me. When you progress do 2sets each time and look for new sets on youtube to add variety in your workout system. Youll be fit in no time :)

    Coach Kozak is the Don. The guy keeps you motivated and encourages you throughout your workouts. I could literally cancel my gym membership and continue with The quality videos the Coach provides. I'm going to subscribe to his site as he has really got me into shape. Great work Coach. :) !!

    This one is amazing, I never trusted myself and body enough to even start exercising. Now I've lost 60 lbs (and still 20 to go) I find that I can do more than I think I could with this work-out. It IS insane and really hard and I love it...sweat is fat crying...it was crying believe me ;) Thank you!

      oh i did it every day because i heard if you do this type of exercise(cardiovascular) it boost's your metabolism and your body starts to burn fat more . Remember to take breaks and i used a diet where you have 6 small meals a day that boost's your metabolism too and if you go on UA-cam and type in lose 10 pounds in 3 days it's really good and works and you can do the diet for a month and lose 40 pounds .
      Wish you well and lose what you want .

    Oh man... that was GREAT! I have been following you all for about over month now, and hands down, my favorite duo! I REALLY appreciate the constantly encouragement throughout the workout. I have been coming off my cancer drugs and it's been rough. Haven't been able to workout as I've been so sick from detoxing. So I'm starting back up again from square one, and yeah, it's rough! I could have easily just fell to the floor and stopped, but with your amazing enthusiasm and encouragement, I kept going until the end! I cried even! LOL my little ones love working out with me too, so thanks for making it family friendly (even though my newly 3 year old loves to jump on my back/stomach when we are on the ground doing pushups or mountain climbers!).
    I hope you realize what a difference you are making in people's lives! Before my bilateral mastectomy, I was so strong! Running, lifting, all the things! Then, I was couch-bound for 8 weeks, going through serious muscle atrophy, leaving me with NO pectoral muscles! I wasn't even supposed to lift my then 16 month old! when I was given the go-ahead to start working out again, I could barely hold myself up in a plank position.
    Again, thank you so much for your constant love and passion for fitness! You are my go-to coach and I can't wait to get into the best shape of my life!

    Excellent workout. Been doing this for three months in conjunction with 7 minute standing abs, 12 minute beginner arm workout, and posture correction exercise. With a bit of a diet I've lost a stone and feel loads better. The gym didn't work for me, neither did a 'wondercore smart'. This did. Some of the video production on some of the workouts need updating. Well done Joshua and Claudia!
