- This week, we’re catching up with Sanaya for her last filmed session with me. In this session, we’re reflecting on the power of the therapeutic process and the potential we all have to create change in our lives. Change is never easy, but it is absolutely possible with the right tools and showing up to do the work.
Alex Howard is a London-based Therapeutic Coach dedicated to helping break the stigma around mental health and helping people make real, positive changes in their lives. Alex is also the creator of Therapeutic Coaching and founder of The Optimum Health Clinic and Conscious Life.

What a sweet ending to this therapeutic journey! Thanks for sharing with us
I've got goosebumps. What an absolute joy it has been watching this process with you two. How brave and amazing is Sanaya!
Congratulations to both of you, Alex and Sanaya!! Keep going Sanaya!
Great series, thanks Sanaya for your vulnerability in sharing your journey 💖 and thanks Alex, I think it’s really useful for people to be able to see what happens in therapy and why it can be so transformative.
That was a beautiful episode. Thank you so much Sanaya and Alex. So honest and helpful.
I feel like Sanayas anxiety comes from somewhere deeper... but i guess shell get to that as she goes deeper into therapy and opens up more and more about her upbringing , etc
Thank you so much Sanaya and Alex, that was a beautiful session. Was crying along Sanaya at the end, I’ve been on a similar journey and it is wonderful to see what a difference doing the work actually has. Best of luck Sanaya with your interneship, and thank you for opening up and sharing. Can’t wait to see what else is in store Alex and his team has for us!
Thank you so much Sanaya for sharing your journey. It has been so helpful. Thank you Alex.
Sounds like Sanaya has tough expectations on herself, and shame around feeling her feelings! I wonder where she learned emotions are not ok? Well done, great progress!
