- Sanaya reached out to In Therapy, as she wants to find ways to manage her anxiety. She feels she never used to be anxious but since her life stopped very abruptly last year to covid, she now feels everything is very fragile. In her first session, we reflect on how she is currently dealing with her anxiety, so we have a good overview of how to move forward.

Great session in looking at where to start and how to build skills and strategies for dealing with anxiety. I enjoy watching how Alex approaches each new case and follow ups.
Thank you for sharing your story this is exactely why I have signed up for the reset programme
Well done Sanaya and Alex. Great session.
Very well done! COVID didn't make things worse for me, but I do recognise a lot of your story. Thanks so much for sharing. Take care Sanaya.
Because of my acute anxiety - I only go out of my house to walk my dog - COVID actually made me less anxious, in that I felt that the pressure was off my trying to get out, as we were not allowed to anyway! My anxiety is making my world smaller and smaller, and the slightest thing worries me sooo much. It is so exhausting being on high alert all the time. The only time it seems to be better, is when I am walking my dog in nature, on my own always. I also feel safer when I am in my bed. I live alone with my dog, and have a controlling neighbour who I find really affects me both mentally and physically. I feel so blessed that I have this life, and I just want to enjoy living it. xxx
Covid has also turned me into a very anxious person.
Great one thankyou to both😊
Who should I look for in Australia, to treat as you do. Love your treatment.
