So glad to see a REAL recipe here, with real ingredients, full fat of butter and all. :D I am not fond of the non-gluten, low fat and lactose-free recipes. I prefer traditional ingredients, no substitutes. Thanks for your wonderful videos!

Made these yesterday. Used exactly the same ingredients. Wow! I've tried quite a few recipes of granola bars but this one is the best! Seriously tasty :) Thank you very much! I'll be making them again and again that's for sure!

These are in the oven. I substituted coconut oil for the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips for the dried fruit. The mixture smelled divine.

They came out delicious. I ate so much!!!
I used almonds and chocolate chips. Also used whole wheat flour. I didn't feel like waiting that long to cut them so they were crumbly but it could have been worse. I had leftover mix so I made a bit of regular granola.

The best part of her videos is when she eats the goods, that just seals it for me and I'm straight in the kitchen! 🤭 💖

Instead of using butter, you could use peanut butter or almond butter, 1/2 cup, and 1/2 a cup of syrup - maple or golden syrup. And you could add some linseeds or chia seeds for the protein :)

@Airmaster167 Definitely. I imagine it will come out like muesli (dry cereal) because of the omission of these binding agents. Since it won't be in bar form, you can sprinkle it over yogurt, eat it with milk or just by itself.

Coconut oil can replace the Butter if allergic to dairy. Plus it will also harden in the fridge or on the counter in the winter :)

What I do is I go to the site, push "Recipes" and then "View all". I always make sure to see what number the video has (this one for example is 179) and then go to the page with that number. Much easier, at least for me, than searching or going through the "Category" filter. I hope you find it. :)

@MrHannZIE she only used about 1/4 or more, doubt she used 1/2 cup of honey. honey is slower comeing out of bottle. you can use Agave, Coconut crystals etc. But, honey will help hold everything together because it hardens as it dries & in fridge.

laura, if i put a small layer of melted chocolate on the bottom of a baking tray once the bars are fully cooked and cooled, then i place the bars on top of the chocolate and put it in the fridge, will that make a successful chocolate layer at the bottom of my bars? I'd really like to try it :)

i love granola bars and i needed a home recipe and this is perfect thanks. @ Yellkje lol if you notice there"s an empty spot between the pots as she is talking and the the pot she is using is the one that is missing. So when she is done mixing the ingridients and puts them is the oven she must of washed the pot and hung it to dy which caused the motion lol.

u dont have to have flour! u can make a healthier version by using betteskitchen granola bar recipe. I just find her is the best because its healthy and tastier. Uses no flour. just look it up(: about the flour..I'm not sure, but surely you can use Whole Wheat if you have that...
