This morning I made this. But I used this recipe to make the bread for the pork floss bread, and it turn out so delicious. But I had to add a bit more bread flour cuz my dough was kind of wet (seems like my flour didn’t absorb much water, so next time I need to reduce the amount of milk or egg). But anw thank you so much 😊
