    Just what I have needed. I have never played sports, I’m almost 70 and took up pickleball. I love it, but my feet are too slow. These drills make me feel hopeful that I will get faster feet! Thank you.

    Nice video! I know it’s for soccer and stuff but I use this for boxing and I’m way better when I do things like the Ali Shuffle or just some footwork!

    Do it around 5 times in a week for 1 months.. yes its really help me for jogging.. now i can at least do 5-6 km jogging(before i can only do around 1-2km).
