    Incorporating this in my next workout at least 2x a week I need them fast twitch fibres back🔥🔥 4 years out but making a comeback for when this rona is finished

    7MLC I have been running 2 miles a lot outside at least 3 times a week. But how can I improve my 2 mile time because I have been struggling. Thanks

      As a football player I wouldn’t focus too much on a 2 mile time. Football is more about changes in pace and direction and a 2 mile run won’t simulate game like fitness.
