What are some of the healthy snacks that you eat ? And how many times a day do you eat ? Do you cut your lunch (for example) into smaller segments rather than eating all at once??
Smaller segments because your body can only take 30 g of protein at a time so you want to get protein in different times of day so your body can take it in
