Because it's a lot of disability going on in the house I guarantee you was not from her working it's money through the state just my opinion because she cannot get that much money in food stamps like you said
Not in Texas you don’t. You make too much money after $$35k a year
They said at one point that she was claiming 8 kids on her tax return, she probably said the same through food stamps and took her smallest paychecks to show as proof for income lower than 65k.

Funny?!?! I fail to see the humor in a woman who leaves her 6 year old son in a car, when it’s 90 degrees. Hopefully, the fan was battery powered, otherwise; that means the keys were left in the ignition! She said he had noodles…….so, she cooked her child noodles to sit alone in the car to eat, while she sat inside, with a man, eating an actual meal…..and she thinks this is all hunky dory!
I guess my humor is currently shut off, because the only reason I’d laugh during this case, is to keep from crying!
I guess I know what you mean by “funny”, but I have a hard time finding the humor in anything while this “mother” thinks she’s being funny & charming as she actually reveals she’s a monster!

The plaintiff is annoying as hell!!! The defendant is trifling as hell and does NOT need to get her son back!!! I can't believe she treats her son like that!

I get that the plaintiff is kind of obnoxious, but imagine her situation: she learns that a 4-5 yr old (6 yrs old - the 1.5 yrs since the kid was removed from her custody) family member that I imagine she cares about has been left alone with no A/C and some warm sugar water. She then takes in this child, who seems to have developmental/learning issues due to neglect, and raises him for 1.5 years ALL THE WHILE having the mother of the child probably harrassing her personally and maybe legally to get custody back. Then on top of that she's not even helping financially.
Imagine how infuriating it must be to do all that for the kid and ALSO have to deal with the mom being so ungrateful and belligerent.

"You havin pork chops and caviar". Imma tell ya, she livin better than me and my husband and we raised our own with no help. I want pork chops and caviar too. Hell, i want a bra to hold up these bricks. But my funds always go to our kids first, period. No regrets. Also, I didn't even leave my boys alone til my oldest was 16 and brother was 13. That was for an hour while I shopped for their dad's cake and stuff for his bday. Also, they had a apt with AC and foods easily prepared via microwave. This lady delusional. No better than a hot car like the Judge said.

This guy reminds me of a judge I had (was a witness) and seriously, his demeanor was able to calm my nerves enough to be coherent. Awesome trait to have.
So happy to hear that. Judges are people too. And many are good at alleviating the angst that comes when one must appear. If not familiar with the judicial system, it can be overwhelming.
