After seeing the picture of the property property, I can see where these two people would be pretty much fighting over who got the property. That’s a nice piece of property.
I really liked this judge. No drama, just very factual and pedagogical (not that it helps, you can lead a horse to water but you can't force it to drink).
I feel like he cried because he couldn't believe that somebody actually saw through her crap. He sounds like he's been severely traumatized by this woman.
Sounds like there's a helluva lot of things she shoulda been charged with but he's either too beaten down to go through with it and has fallen in to apathy, or doesn't realise he can do that, or doesn't want to tangle with the police. He said that he was in jail for booze and then went to rehab, so he might get shredding in court.

Seriously! No where to go? Not a grocery store? Not a coffee shop? Not a nice walk? I can tell you that if someone gave me two hours to have to myself they wouldn't have to say it twice!
Which was a ridiculous assertion anyway--what does she care for his stuff? I don't believe for a minute she was concerned that his property didn't get rained-on or taken by someone else. As long as she followed the court order, the rest would have been his responsibility. As evidenced by the damage she had already done to some of his things, I firmly believe that was a lame excuse to mess with his head.
I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder and have acted violently in response to anxiety spikes during the 30+ years it went undiagnosed. I would not have been able to live around this woman for more than five minutes.
@@devangoad One of the first steps toward diagnosis for an issue like this is getting seen by a doctor for it. Do you have insurance and a PCP (Primary Care Provider)? You should be able to meet up with your primary care and get a referral to help toward diagnosis. If you want to try more directly, I believe you should be able to find a therapist or psychologist to check in with. It'd be especially good if you can confirm that they are able to diagnosis you beforehand. Just make sure they accept your insurance as that'd help you with payments (most insurances have a site to help look this kind of information up). If you're unsure if your insurance will help cover it, you can call their number to figure things out more and see what steps you need to do to ensure that insurance will pay for your visits. Feel free to respond to me and ask questions. I may not be a doctor myself, but I fully understand the difficulties that exists with getting help these days and am more than willing to offer what I can to help you get started on this process.
@@devangoadgeneral anxiety disorder can be diagnosed by your primary doctor, if you're looking for an deeper look into your mental health and anxiety you would have to see a psychiatrist
@@devangoad Diagnosis typically happens with your primary care doctor. I was diagnosed 9 years ago and it was basically a process where I told the doctor what symptoms I experienced and what appeared to be the “trigger” for those symptoms (sometimes I just wouldn’t know). I also kept a list of all the things that seemed to cause me anxiety and rated them based on how bad the symptoms were so I had a kind of “history” for my anxiety.
I worked in a bank for many years at a time when people wrote cheques for everything, or paid cash. We were trained how to spot forgeries. It’s not that hard. People don’t sign exactly the same every time, but they have individual habits. Cursive isn’t used as much anymore, and it was hard to copy someone’s individual writing. The closer the signiture is to printing, the easier it is to copy. That woman was not at all credible, and the judge knew fake tears when she heard them. What a nasty piece of work. I pity the kids.
Well that's his fault for approving her to sign off on sensitive documents on his behalf when they was married. I don't even trust my damn self sometimes.

It's because people coddle them and simps placate them. They get away with a lot without people typically double checking what they say and do or looking at the evidence whilst men don't. Those women know how to exploit that.
Making the argument that you didn't sign the title release while also making the argument that you had closing on a sale set for the next day is a special kind of stupid.
I love how this ex-wife is continuing to lie through her teeth in front of the judge, and believes that if she continues, denying it, then the judge will believe her. Luckily, the judge saw right through her from the very beginning, and justice was served
Well she’s obviously not going to admit to a crime to a judge lol, I mean she’s pretty stupid, but it’s the judges job to prove her guilt. Even a slow person wouldn’t admit it lol
shouldn't matter what the judge believes, what matters is the judge makes informed decision based on evidence provided to them. they have hearings with the party to clarify those evidence, she doesn't bring any evidence nor trying to deny his testimony during questioning. ocam razors said she caught red handed and couldn't do anything to deny it and had to resort to crying.
This is just a personality trait of the ex-wife. It’s as natural for her to lie like this even when caught and called out on it as it is for her to drink water
The judge should mention 4 charges from the bit I listened to.. 1st she broke the court order on two counts by being on site and then also being out side with him when he was ordered to come to the site with her to be off the property in the 2 hour window on each of the 2 days... 2nd crime she did was telling the judge a lie under oath on record, 3rd she signed his name. 4th she lied to the judge under oath on record her signing his name.... Not sure if the first one part one and part two could be there own crime if that is the case she should be charged with 5 crimes...Maybe 6 for endangering (mentally and emotionally) her kids by using them as a weapon...
The fact that he kept his mouth shut throughout this proceeding except when he was addressed is perfect. Speaking on anything could only hurt him. He has the receipts, there's nothing else that needs to be said.
She def forged his signature. That is the only way that the house was put up for sale. Me and my sister had to do hoops to close on my parents house for the estate sale. Had to have sign off on everything in front of a noterizer. So this woman has now dragged many people into now a federal case. Hope it was worth it lady cause you got caught in so many lies
Woman tried selling the house behind his back and to cover herself just accused the mortgage lender of falsifying documents. The DA is going to have a field day
@@rdizzy1 Why not? It looks quite winnable to me. As far as I can tell from this, the story is: Lying wife (who has a terrible credit history for reasons that I suspect say a lot about her past) was cheating on hubby with other dude. He catches her, and in the ensuing fight he gets kicked out of his own house. She then lives in the house that hubby is paying for, with the dude she was cheating on him with, while destroying a bunch of his stuff for the fun of it. She then forges his signature on a document so that she will get the proceeds of the sale of the house that she has never paid a dime for, an attempted theft by fraud of approximately $65K. I didn't catch which state this was in, but in my state that would be considered grand larceny, a felony. She's not a sympathetic defendant, and the evidence of her crime is clear and happened in front of a judge.
@@thexalon That entire story is only coming from the ex husband though, there are 2 sides to every story, and I would never in a million years just believe one side, unless there was a hoard of evidence a mile high.

I suspect she has gotten really jadded in her time as a judge. And way too many times in her past she believed deceitful women. Them days are long gone now.
The problem with lying is keeping your lies straight. She first said, she didn't know when he would show up and that what was she supposed to do - wait around all day. When the judge reads the times and dates, she later says that she didn't think he would show up, but knew the date and time. So which one was it and why did you think you would have to wait around all day if you knew the dates and times. Good riddance to her and not soon enough,
Always tell the truth and you won't have that problem. It's pretty simple to figure out. I pray this man's life gets better now that he is away from this woman. I pray this woman gets her head out of her butt and becomes a better person for her kids
And she also said she didn't know what to bring, time and time again. And the Judge kept telling her, I told you specifically what to bring today. Pictures OR witnesses as proof of what was still there and in good condition.... As soon as the video started and I saw his stack of papers and her couple of sheets... yep, this is gonna be a good show..... heresay is not allowed, your word vs his not evidence... evidence is official documents and pictures/witnesses.... come with evidence!!! All of these civil case videos I watch comes down to that
The judge is just fed up with her! She recognizes crocodile tears when she sees them!! This lady is broke as a joke, so she's trying to rob him blind- but IT'S NOT WORKING!! SHE'S BUSTED! They need to lock her up for perjury, fraud, damaging his property, violating a court order, forgery, and just plain GREED!!
You forgot the lie about when he was supposed to go get his property and she wasn't supposed to be there - she had no place to go! It's called you get in your car and you drive to to the mall. You go window shopping or sit in the food court for an hour or 2!!
@@Asidebar I don’t know the specifics of this case, but it seems that men are often pressured to leave their homes simply because they’re told to, even when the property is co-owned or solely theirs. It’s troubling how societal biases often place undue blame on men, ignoring their challenges. In this case, he was part of the marriage and, more importantly, his name was on the lease. He should have had the right to remain in the home he was responsible for, regardless of other issues. That's how property and ownership works - The person, or couple, responsible should be the person, or couple, who lives there.
When angry women announce their "self control" it's threatening you with what she's pointedly ... Not Doing (yet.) It's a classic emotionally abusive tactic, they use it on kids every day. 7:04 the way he broke down you can tell that this is something that he's been dealing with for a while and a judge is finally listening to him and that made him emotional
It sucks that someone you loved and who you thought loved you will harm you in this way and try to harm you even more with the legal system. I went through similar with my ex husband. Whatever the reason we split I loved him. He had his issues but I loved him. I never would have tried to get him put in jail or knowingly destroy stuff that is either expensive or can’t otherwise be replaced due to sentimentality or finances. But he did so to me. I feel for this man. I can tell exactly what type of person she is. She is the type to get a whole gaggle of flying monkeys and tell them fake horror stories to try and get a while group together to terrorize someone they don’t like anymore. Love to them is like a switch. It can be turned off in an instant. I’m glad the judge didn’t fall for it. And she tried to say she had nowhere to go. What? I’ve been homeless. I know what it’s like to truly have nowhere to go. She couldn’t sit in her car and watch UA-cam on your phone for two hours in some parking lot? Or go sit in a friend’s car if she doesn’t own one? Or just sit on the ground far outside the property with some videos? If she were truly acting in good faith and trying to resolve this as fair as possible she would have figured something out. Or at least stayed away form him. Something to show she was trying. Anything. I bet this was a theme in their marriage too. Making up excuses why she couldn’t try.
“You forged his name.” “How would I do it?” “Hi pen! Hi paper! Let’s write Tim Anley!!” I was laughing so hard, that is the perfect response. I love this judge, for her straightforward manner of pointing out things that seem suspicious and not backing down when this lady keeps trying to gaslight the judge on forging the documents when it’s practically in the same handwriting. 🤣

Shockingly children know what side of the bread is buttered. Judges never want kids there to testify against their own parents. Everybody knows kids will either be traumatized, will say whatever they think the parent who is feeding them wants them to say, or both.
I'm sure the judge also remembered that the husband said her boyfriend was with her at the house when he tried to get his stuff. On the other hand, the judge berated him on not getting his stuff as soon after the divorce as possible. But she didn't account for the wife having a protection order against him and he spent time in jail AND it takes time to get a lawyer and court dates etc to force someone to do what they've been ordered to do. But I still think the judge was awesome. That judgement of "don't be there tomorrow, close on the house tomorrow... Or it's all his". Gotta love that.
God bless this Judge. It's not NC because I lost half a house I owned before marriage and stuck in hell for 3 years while I paid all the bills and 1200$ a month in support. I paid out over 1/2 a million for the woman who cheated on me and instigated the divorce after I put her through college. A good woman is rare, when you find one, keep her.
Dude that poor guy. His nice dress clothes burned, his 4wheeler, boat etc all destroyed. I’d just cry. She clearly can’t afford to pay for everything damaged. Not to mention her trying to manipulate him into violate what sounds like a ppo by being there when he got his stuff. She’s not a very decent person.
That's the only thing I did not understand from the Judge. Why admonish him when he left the property when the ex was still there. He was trying to avoid his violation of a ppo. The only thing he didn't do is return the next day; but, it is well known ex would have been there then too.
I believe the vindictive wife was absolutely shocked that that she was going to owe him $64,000 + and if she couldn’t pull the closing through by the following day (and she insisted that it was going to happen at the last hearing) that she would lose all ownership of the home. This was the correct decision and I am glad that the judge saw through her lies and tears. I imagine that she lost the home by being a liar, in that the house wasn’t really ever going to close on the 22nd despite what she claimed at the previous hearing and she was surprised that her manipulation ended up backfiring spectacularly! Great call by this judge!
What I can’t understand is how do you move a man into a house you can’t pay for but expect the ex husband to continue to pay on 🤦🏽♀️ it’s refreshing seeing a judge actually state facts and side with the rightful party!

She needed to order that, if the property burns down before its sale or is in disrepair, that the case be sent to the DA. I don't trust that woman at all.
The judge DID bring up that inconsistency, but in a very Petty Crocker sort of way by really emphasizing that Tim could take all day to get his belongings because the psycho had originally said was already moved out. I like this judge’s style.
29:03 no lady he didn’t let her control him. The legal system let her control him. He didn’t have a leg to stand on. She had a restraining order against him. He couldn’t do anything
yah, if he did anything but leave the cops would be called instantly, he'd get jailed, and she would inevitably use that as even more ammo against him in the divorce proceedings which would take it as gospel.
That's not what she was getting at. He should've resolved this issue shortly after the divorce started and he moved out, or he should've called the police and said he had a court order to get his things, contingent on her being gone, and she's not fulfilling her side of the problem. He just left.
I don't think this man has fully realized just how lucky he is to have a Judge like this. He could easily have lost everything. As for the ex - not quite a master manipulator. Presents as a demure, timid housewife, to victim and then her true self starts to show. Personally, I find it disgusting that some women will use their gender and kids to try and get what they want.
Well said. Especially your last sentence. Totally agree. And to think of all the women who’ve gotten away with this sort of thing because the guy didn’t have receipts, like he did, fortunately. Disgusting.
100%. That's an indictable crime. It's easily verifiable that she forged the signatures. All they need is a handwriting expert. And considering that even a judge, a non-expert, can see that the names are similarly written, a handwriting expert will be able to verify it. The husband knows because he knows that he didn't sign it. All he has to do is get someone to prove it to the courts. If I were the husband, I'd be in touch with the police department. He has actual evidence. Because the courts have forms that were signed by him and they can plainly see that the signatures on those papers don't match the other ones.
She's good, I love judges who bend where it's needed but snap back when people try to take advantage. It's just a pity she's not easy on the eye, like Judge Simpson 😂

I feel like he cried because he couldn't believe that somebody actually saw through her crap. He sounds like he's been severely traumatized by this woman.
When finally, someone sees you, hears you and believes you, it's an overwhelmingly emotional experience for your soul.
Before I came to the comments this is the ONLY thought I had. She’s a black widow for sure.
Yes, I felt that was relief, he expected she would be believed
Oh yes that was the sob of a man who has finally found a listening ear.
Well spotted!
Should be criminal charges brought against her for forging signatures on financial documents.
I think that's what the judge was intimating when she said the district attorney would have access to these transcripts
Well, given she's a woman she'll get a slap on the wrist probably. If it were a man acting like this, they'd be in prison for 2 to 5 years.

How quick did she stop crying!

Definitely!!
This judge is a Burnett co WI judge ,I know her it's in siren wi government center check there
The judges name is Melissa Mogren
Yup
Damn. That was brutal. She should never lie or force his signature. She literally tried to destroy this man’s life. literally left him with nothing and now mad that he got justice for her lies and damages that she cause. Congratulations to you my guy.
It’s cause she dem**** and very low esteem.
The moment he realized he was finally going to get some justice was CHILLING!!! As soon as those glasses came off his face.
And WHO IN THE HELL is unable to leave their house for 2 hours????🤔🤔🤔🤔 Ok we know that she has NEVER gone to the doctors or visited the DMV in her ENTIRE LIFE🤯🤯🤯🤯😵💫😵💫😵💫😲😲😲😱😱😱🤣🤣🤣🤣
But she’d walk away from it forever before committing a crime!!! 😂
Old girl thought she was going to get herself another month of free rent. Love the judge said tears aren't going to work
7:04 the way he broke down you can tell that this is something that he's been dealing with for a while and a judge is finally listening to him and that made him emotional
I think it was almost a relief cry that the judge could see through her lies.
Agreed
I love that she validated him❤
"64 thousand what????" You heard her 😂😂😂😂

She is magnificent.
What's an "attorney county"?
Very difficult to watch. This is not a judge, but actually a magistrate. She easily could be sitting in these robes without having seen a day of college, let alone law school, let alone passed the bar. All the speaking by everyone here sounds like Junior High Schooler's talking. I cannot imagine attending this as Judge or participants and behaving, talking, or thinking at this level.

The sarcasm from the judge is cracking me up 😂 Hi pen, hi paper 😂😂
This judge deserves some flowers. She didn't fall for a single manipulative thing that woman tried to pull on her, and called her out on all of it like a professional. Kick her out of the house. Charge her with fraud and forgery.
She can't charge him, she can only refer it to the DA. Hence she woman sabotaged herself by claiming her sale signature was forged
@@DaddyBiscuits The phrase "give so and so their flowers" is actually metaphorical. It's a phrase used to express thanks and gratitude. It's not literally an order for a bouquet.

For this one man who potentially got justice, imagine how many men didn’t.
I sat in on a court case about a forged document in a previous trial to falsify evidence. Judge found that a contract was forged. Basically, it took 5 years to prove a company lied about a contract with a client who lost a previous lawsuit because of the forged document. The previous judge believed the company over the client who had the real contract.
That sir would be millions I'm sure!
What a vile, vindictive, witch with a capital B.
Amen, sir. I'm a woman, but her vicious vindictive behavior is unfathomable to me. It says a lot more about her than it could ever say about him.
sadly this is more common than not. marriage is a bunk deal for men. its better avoided by men than risk losing all our property
We have a word for these kinds of people; they are called women
they all are...
@@cynthiatolman326 As a guy, all I ever want is for the sane women to agree with us when we see a woman like that. These vitriolic manipulative types only have power in the people they manipulate. You either see birds of a feather flocking and hiding it together or oil and water in their interactions preventing them from hiding. Appreciate you.
When he tears up, it breaks my heart. It must be such a relief to finally have someone on his side after she has put him through so much. I would be really curious to hear what she said about getting that restraining order.
Incredible how many times the ex wife changed her responses.
Ex Wife- "I would have plenty witnesses but you didn't want kids here".
Judge- "I said bring witnesses".
Ex Wife- "I didn't want to put my kids through it". Lol
Sad to say my mother is going through something similar with some loser right now… hope it worked out for you
Dude that poor guy.
They're selling the house and the judge said the cost of the items would come out of her share. So he should get reimbursed at least.
@@michaelkenner3289 Yep, that was the order the judge signed.
Sounds like he did get his pontoon boat back, but possibly damaged.
She did it purposely to send him to jail. What a horrible human being
I believe the vindictive wife was absolutely shocked that that she was going to owe him $64,000 + and if she couldn’t pull the closing through by the following day (and she insisted that it was going to happen at the last hearing) that she would lose all ownership of the home.
When she’s arguing ab the drill and she said she has plenty of witnesses and he said should’ve brought em with you 😂😂😂
Over a drill????!!!! Girl please😒🙄🙅♀️
My first time meeting this judge and SHE ROCKS!
Easy on the eyes as well.
Of course she didn't leave the property, she had to make sure he didn't take anything she wanted
I know a woman just like this. She's always mixed up in some kind of turmoil and it's always everyone else's fault. It's exhausting to just have a conversation with her anymore.
They just dump trauma on ppl even girl on girl some times will just shock one another for example you'd hear on the side that being dumped on:"what?!? Are you serious? And he did what ? I can't believe it" i just feel tired after even hearing trainwreck trauma dumping conversation like that some don't even talk like real ppl one dumps her troubles to relax herself and the other does the same and girls do that to guys too I never just talked problems to some1 I to friends with and this is their entire idea of friendship

Why are you even allowing her in your life? Grow a pair, and move on.

Love that the judge wasn't having the performance crying.
Those tears sure dried up quick!
When women cry to get their way, it's not sincere, nor the result of complex emotional and psychological responses. It's just a shallow manipulative act. She treated it as such, and it stopped immediately.
Who else would forge his signature - she was going to be the sole beneficiary of the fraud !
How would somebody else be familiar with her signature & sign it so perfectly & also know his social security number, all signed at the same time with the same pen ! Her level of lying is off the charts...
It truly is. Aside from teenager and toddlers, I have never seen such blatant lying in my life.
A couple of thoughts.
This judge is a saint.
The ex-wife needs to be referred to the DA for criminal prosecution.
She will absolutely not be moving out tomorrow, you can count on that. She should be evicted and the house awarded to him. That would be justice.
I watch a lot of trials and hearings. Seems like people rarely move out. All kinds of trials point out "but you are not allowed to speak to the witness, let alone still live with them."
I agree. Crazy lady isn't going anywhere. They're going to have to get a constable out there or a sheriff to force her out.
She lied under oath. Jail time 60 days.
Fraud and identity theft.
She needed to order that, if the property burns down before its sale or is in disrepair, that the case be sent to the DA. I don't trust that woman at all.
This judge is amazing. Pure balance, fairness, and integrity.
"Hi pen! Hi paper!" 😂😂
She didn't want to take pictures because she didn't want proof of her destruction. What a terrible woman
The exe's new boyfriend's little scheme to take over the house just blew up in his and her face, lol.
While her boyfriend may be involved, she is probably the ringleader.
Pure respect for judges who has to deal with this and does it well.
So refreshing to see justice!
“I have already moved out” turned into “I only have one day to move out?”. I would have brought up that inconsistency.
Aren't you here...bringing up that inconsistency?
The judge DID bring up that inconsistency, but in a very Petty Crocker sort of way by really emphasizing that Tim could take all day to get his belongings because the psycho had originally said was already moved out. I like this judge’s style.
That poor poor man. He made a very bad decision marrying that woman.
Blame feminism. The ideology has destroyed modern society because it is inherently selfish.
His worst decision was staying so long.

Unfortunately, abusive relationships do not work that cleanly
25:03 Hi Pen! Hi paper! Let’s write Tim Anley. My favorite judge quote I’ve ever heard lolol 😂
Disgusting.
As a woman myself, I couldn’t agree with you more. Especially that last part.
Finally a Judge that listens to the man. So many times the women get by with this crap. Hope she gets charged for forging the papers!
He said she had judgements......so she was fleec8ng him
