Yes, I want the same for the mother. I can understand why she is angry but that hefty child support might ease the pain. There are cases when I think the child support is too little but the amount for one child was just right for this case. Should help out since she is also juggling 2 jobs. Judge did the best decision within legal limits.

I usually agree with Judge Vonda; but, there isn't a valid reason for him to send his girlfriend to drop off or pick up their child. That woman is her former friend and that situation is an assault case(s) waiting to happen.
truth be told the Judge has nothing to do with it though these are state laws that she needs to abide by. So this should be a legislative case to overturn that rather than holding the person executing this law accountable

The thing with this "girl" is that she wanted help in the first place but then had the audacity to sit there and act out, chew gum, interupt the Judge and the father during the proceedings and so forth. I would have tossed her case out long before that. When I was dealing with custody with my ex, the judge we had would take nothing from anyone. When she gave the orders for visitation and who could pick up and drop off kids it was grandparents, me, him, and aunts/uncles but not any internet honey.
I really feel for this mother but this situation just goes to show whenever you’re with someone who says “don’t catch feelings” or “I’m here for a fun time not a long time”-save yourself the heartache!!! Love yourself enough to get the relationship you want and not the relationship you’ll settle with🥺💕 Best wishes for both parties and hope they can learn to co-parent

Incorrect. He should be paying because it’s also his child. He could get more time if he wanted, but more time doesn’t mean he shouldn’t have to contribute monetarily to raising his child.
Child support is not about what the custodial parent can afford, but that the child deserves to be supported financially by both parents. If curstodial parent can afford it alone, then the money should be put into savings for the child, so they don't have to worry about college, etc.
I feel absolutely nothing for the man. I'm actually fed up with these men running around having kids upon kids and I'm becoming the third party paying for it through my ever increasing taxes. So yeah he deserves what happened in the judgement.

Don’t know about them being separate but I do know if he’s on the birth certificate then she can’t withhold the child just because he’s not paying. If he’s on child support & he’s paying he has partial rights to the child just like the mother.

I literally have the exact same thing going on! My kids dad and I separated and had a co-parent relationship for 18 months, he met a new girl, got her pregnant and now he he’s not wanting to be involved with a child that’s been around for 4 years, hasn’t seen his kid for 2 months now 🙃

So question 🙋♀️ visitation and child support are separate and if he doesn’t pay, you still can’t keep the child from him but, if he does pay he automatically gets rights to visit. Am I confused on this?
Don’t know about them being separate but I do know if he’s on the birth certificate then she can’t withhold the child just because he’s not paying. If he’s on child support & he’s paying he has partial rights to the child just like the mother.
