I am very happy that you talk about FOOD as a regeneración System. I live in Mexico and we are so lucky to have a Huge variety of fresh food and vegetales.
When my niece was treated for breast cancer, the cancer treatment center sent her a weekly supply of foods she was to consume. She was to continue with green tea daily after her chemo and radiation were completed. I have rheumatoid arthritis and began an anti-inflammatory-leaning diet, which has made me feel better. My rheumatologist was less than encouraging and impressed, however. But then, he's never discussed nutrition with me during the 16 years he's treated me. My inflammation markers are good.
I make my own granola with these and add flax seeds, chiat seeds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, and sometimes sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. All dry roasted so you don't get the toxic oils. Then I add some unsweetened dried cranberries.
I got my cup of matcha green tea with soy milk in one hand and a golden kiwi in the other while sitting back enjoying Dr. Li on UA-cam, big screen TV. There's no need for regular TV watching anymore.
Blueberries are on the "dirty dozen " food list. Be sure to buy organic. In doing so, I also soak them in a solution of baking soda and water. Afterwards placing them in a BPA free container. (There's too much darn plastic around)
Things I don't agree as microbiologists and doctors have been screaming for 4 years about certain info.....lots of opposing info in this but some info I found useful.
