My first experience of a Tabata was the fabulous one you did with your daughter in the lovely summer of 2020, outside in the fresh air and sunshine ☀with the insects singing along! I loved it then, but not sure whether I could still manage that one now😂!
Completed Day 5. Found I had to abandon the 2 kg hand weights I usually use and swap to two 500ml water bottles instead! Will try to build up to using my 2 kg weights! Great class as always. Thank you, Jenny.

Hey Jenny! I’ve been with you and loving your workouts since the pandemic began. I’m in my late 60’s and you’ve kept me strong since then! Unfortunately, this boxing tabata was too much too fast for me. About 2 years ago I hurt my shoulder doing your first boxing tabata while wearing weighted gloves. I’ve done months of rehab and it’s helped a lot, but I can no longer whip my arms around with weighted gloves. You might want to advise older viewers to a avoid weighted gloves, at least initially.
Very good comment. I'm in my late 50's with health and mobility issues, and there are ALOT of UA-cam instructors who do NOT warn people about potential injuries, when they should. Get Fit With Rick just did a new Zumba style video, 45 minutes long, and he says nothing about how the new side step move, with around 200 reps, is going to break your body by the next day. I did the workout, and next day could barely walk. I've had other instructors cause me injury like to my knees, etc. They need to be more responsible. It is not generally FIT people who are doing these workouts it is overweight people, older people, and people with health issues.

I’m on day6 but I don’t do anything on Sundays so I’m doing my rest day and I’ll see you on Monday💕🙏😇this was just right- my room is really small so kick boxing wouldn’t work so this doesn’t take that much room . This was a little more difficult to keep up with, but I'm over 80 yrs.old! Very enjoyable! I just did thid holding weights as I don't have "boxing"gloves!

Hi jenny happy new year i thought that tabata is not making me sweat but when i tried it oh! It makes me sweat and i liked it. Even if there breaks within it makes my heart beats faster and healthier thank u God Bless

You don't want a "killer" workout when you're older. That is for younger people. You want a good, gentle workout that will make you sweat, but not break your body. And it's also very soul destroying to not be able to to the moves because you're too old or too overweight - you feel like a failure when you shouldn't feel like this for having put on the video.
Nice workout. Can't do the shuffling. Tripping hazard for me. Love that jab jab jab thing. It makes my jello thighs and butt jiggle, and that makes me laugh
Jenny on day 5 and love you! I had to skip one day since I had a skin surgery on my forearm. I was careful. My goal is to look 1/4 as good as you do! You are amazing and will continue with you! So empowering! 😅😅😅
