- This video is DAY 3 of a 7 day WORKOUT SERIES! Follow me every day for a 30 minute different workout. Today's workout is a LOW IMPACT AEROBIC WORKOUT. This workout is designed to help with improving your balance, coordination, brain strength, and cardiovascular endurance (and...well, it's just fun to move like this!) They are for all ages, levels, and sizes, but designed for the active senior. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, licensed Physical Therapist with over 30 years experience. ENJOY!

I used to teach back in the 90’s when I was in my 30’s. I’m 66 now. These moves remind me of the routines I did. I love the old school workouts.

This is so much fun
I have my best friend staying here for 6 weeks. She has dementia and this is just GREAT for her to watch and try to imitate your movements. And she is always smiling at you! Plus it definitely keeps her moving if not in perfect step.

I just found you-I love the old school low impact routines! I had a recent BC diagnosis so I appreciate the gentle moves in the routines. I’m feeling better, and I only started last week. ❤
I love this workout because it's the right length for an aerobic workout - not too long or short. And so much variety, making it go by quickly. I am so motivated! Can hardly wait for the next one!

Such a fun workout! I should have saved my leg warmers! 20-30 minutes is the perfect length for a workout. Need to save some energy for my walk!

Its good to see you again. About a year before the pandemIc I "stumbled" across your seniors class at a center. I joined in on UA-cam.During the pandemic, I saw you on the beach,I got excited. I told my husband about it, to my surprise he joined in!!!!
Two day ago, while I was away, All of a sudden, I said, to myself. "Where's that girl, We used to exercise with?" And, here you are looking so fit!! AND still teaching. I'm happy to have found you again. God bless you. I am doing the challenge. I love a good challenge.

Day 3 is the best! I am 75 years old and this is a great workout. Not too easy and fun
Hi Jenny, thank you for your Day 3; LOW IMPACT AEROBIC WORKOUT I love it and follow all your instructions every week. I only get stuck when I should kick higher, reaching barely my waist height. Your tips on how to kick higher than this without losing balance would be great. Thanks in advance as I move on to your dance workouts.

I did day 3 this morning. I just got to tell you that your workouts are SUPERIOR. I always feel that you target every body part and muscle. I always know I will always get a total body workout. I brag about you all the time. I look forward to your workouts every day. I must confess that Chair Yoga is not one of my favorites, but I will persevere through it. You do make it fun. I just finished this great aerobic workout. I am loving these challenging workouts. I have been a member since 2020 and Jenny always surprises me with a new move or changing the sequence which keeps the workouts challenging. 😊

Jenny, I started following you in2020 at the beginning of lockdown. Since then I have been doing 3 or4 routines faithfully every week. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis both hips last year, I continue exercising. Your routines help with my flexibility and certainly help reduce stiffness and pain. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to you. A huge thanks. May in Scotland.
