I started 2nd week today. Love your exercises. I'll be 65 next week and don't want to be immobile 😂 I look forward to working out every morning. Jenny, just completed your Day 1 Power Walking fitness routine and loved it! Perfect for beginners, seniors or anyone who wants to move! All it took was 3’ of space inside the comfort of my home and a great alternative to walking outside on a hot summer day! You were so inspiring, that when you walked up to the camera to high-5, thumbs up or cross hands, I walked up to my iPad to meet you, as if you were there. Easy to follow, fun routine and very motivating. Thank you!

Hi Jenny, It's nice to be here once again from Australia😀. I religiously did your classes during the COVID lock downs, then I went back to my Healthy & Active gym classes which I've been attending for the last 50 years!! Not the same gym mind you😂!! Now I ask myself why drive to the gym and spend all that money on petrol & membership when you are right there on my TV with some marvellous classes which together with my line dancing and walking keeps me fit. Today's class was 3200 steps by my Apple watch and 2.6 kms. Thanks Jenny 😘

I moved to Raleigh from the Outer Banks of NC. I'm retired, but worked part time at the Talbots Outlet in Nags Head. Transferred to Cameron Village in Raleigh. True story, had customer come in; we talked; she couldn't say enough good things about you - actually took your classes here in Raleigh. I am a 67 yr old first grade teacher. I tutored 2 students this morning, came home and walked my dog, then went back to school to start setting up my classroom for August 15 first day of school. I just finished 2, 720 steps of your day #1 workout. I loved it. I will try to do every day this week and continue.
I'm so glad your Day2 video popped up on my random feed! I'm 62 YO retired gramma of 2 (soon to be 3) with pre diabetes and I'm focused on losing 40 pounds and eating healthier. I do complete some form of moderate movement (walking, hiking) and wanted to find something that pushed me a little more--yet I wanted someone who wouldn't have me injuring myself. You are just right!! I completed Day1 today and look forward to strength training tomorrow. Keep up your great channel.
I sweat a lot and it gave me good breathing after, great experience i felt energize after, si e i didn' t have any exercise since i stop my job 6 yrs. ago and became a full time mom but afraid to try it again since i'm already going 54 this year, i felt very bored doing the same household chores and came across with your inspiring video that it's never too late to try again❤❤ just hope tomorrow no body pain hehehehe! I feel like I'm in a slump in my life, big changes came into my life and adjusting has been a little perplexing. I blame so much on menopause but probably it's a number of things. Great workout, thanks so much. I don’t have a fit bit but my phone tracked around 4500 steps, I did move around instead of walking in place. I also appreciated the osteoporosis comment, just recently diagnosed and I’m trying to increase my weight bearing activities.

I’m on the cusp of osteoporosis. I wear a 10lb weight vest when I do this workout and emphasize all the stomping! Hoping my next bone density test shows my severe bone loss has slowed or improved. Thanks, Jenny!

I struggle with trying to figure out which workout to do on what days- having a 7 day plan is so easy! This was great- just enough and not too much. I’m 50 years old recovering from surgery and have fibromyalgia! This was great!
Hi Jenny. Connecting from India. I had subscribed to your channel a couple of years ago. I resumed following you. I just completed Day 1 of this set of 7 day series for active seniors. Totally doable. But I did have difficulty doing it non stop which is perfectly ok. I paused the video and kept walking around to regain my breath. I will complete the session. Great workout! Was afraid it might be too much for me, but was able to finish with no problem! I wear a Fitbit & it showed 2,383 steps! It's bitter cold in OK for several days, so planning on trying to do your 7 day workout.

Great workout! Logged 2,323 steps on my Fitbit! Good thing you kept telling us to keep it up & "you can do this" because I was ready to quit after about 20 minutes but kept going because of your motivation!

And if i might add, my watch gave me a time split at 1 mile that is pretty close to my pace when I do walk outside!

I struggle with trying to figure out which workout to do on what days- having a 7 day plan is so easy! This was great- just enough and not too much. I’m 50 years old recovering from surgery and have fibromyalgia! This was great!

I resumed following you. I just completed Day 1 of this set of 7 day series for active seniors. Totally doable. But I did have difficulty doing it non stop which is perfectly ok. I paused the video and kept walking around to regain my breath.

Great workout! Was afraid it might be too much for me, but was able to finish with no problem! I wear a Fitbit & it showed 2,383 steps! It's bitter cold in OK for several days, so planning on trying to do your 7 day workout.

Great workout! Logged 2,323 steps on my Fitbit! Good thing you kept telling us to keep it up & "you can do this" because I was ready to quit after about 20 minutes but kept going because of your motivation!
