I love this tabata workout, Jenny! I do your other tabata workouts often but what I like more in this one is the strength exercises during the breaks. I am 73 and have no health problems but most of my friends my age do. I'm sure doing your exercise workouts helps!
We both just celebrated our 80th birthdays this month by doing your new Tabata. It is great. We tend to use weights when we can during the Tabata. The ads are good. Keep up your great positive attitude.

I agree with one comment that said after the first tabata I didn't think I could continue but stuck with it and I did the entire work out with the one minute strength. Thanks for pushing my limits.

Great series of movements and the added bonus of strengthening exercises. I've been with you since Covid and isolation and I love the freedom of choosing which video, where and when to watch and do the routines. Unfortunately, I don't receive alerts about new videos, perhaps because I'm in the UK. Keep up the good work, Jenny and thank you.
I haven’t done tabata in a long time. I was doubtful in the beginning if I would be able to keep up and exercise till the end. But I made it and I’m so thankful of my accomplishment! Thank you for a great workout, Jenny!
Loved this workout Jenny! Enjoyed the weights during the 1 minute rest. I was able to do the whole thing, but my back kicks could use a little work. Thanks so much for all of these videos, hope some day I can become a member!
Jenny, this was wonderful! I love Tabatas, and this one had the exercises I love - aerobics and those boxing kicks, and the weights in between each tabata. It's one I'll do more than once, that's for sure!

This is a wonderful workout, Jenny! I can’t do all of it but I’ll work up to it. I‘m 72, recovering from a broken wrist and real discouragement about being so sedentary and losing muscle tone - this is exactly what I needed to get started again. I had followed your videos since Covid, when you were really a lifesaver and I first started to get fit, for an old lady. I intend to join if there is a level that seems right for me. Do I have to attend the live sessions? Does each lesson build on the last one or can I just do the ones that work for my circumstances? Thank you.
How heavy are the weights are you using? I have to build my bone mass up, so I need to do strength exercises. I just saw this video and subscribed. I am going to try the cardio as well. I am 68 and just got my very first bone density test done. Turns out I have lost 2 inches in height and bone mass. I am concerned for sure, but I think with your guidance, I will be able to get my bone mass back.
