    Hi I just did a tabata exercise with weights during rest time Great workout. My favorites are Tabata, boot camps, and weight and step sessions. Have veen following for 3+ years🤩

    Hi, Jenny -
    I'm still with you (from near beginning?) at age 87 (in Aug.). Would have loved to attend your California retreat but don't drive the freeways + I would skip the sightseeing, having been all around LA. Hope you all had fun. One viewer mentioned the music: I too wish for a good beat AND something pretty. Not a fan of most. Love your perkiness and enthusiasm always. Thank you.

    Jenny! Thank you for this amazing full body workout! We do this in our Fit After 50 class at church and it’s soo good!!! I did it at home today and want to repeat this video at least once a week.

    What an incredible workout! I love that the moves are simple and easy to follow but the results are spectacular! I also like that you explain what muscles we are working and always demonstrate proper form. Thank you!!!

    Loved this workout! I will be 70 next week and I found it challenging but not too tough. It was perfect and I will be doing it over and over as I do with your other workouts. Thank you so much for creating safe and effective workout.

    Hi Jenny! This is the perfect workout for me as I have issues with my shoulders, knees and lower back. I love that there are so many bicep exercises in this one and lots of side and back leg lifts. When you are doing squats, I may have to do more leg lifts due to severe arthitis in my knees, my doctor has warned against doing squats. The length is perfect! I will be rejoining your site. This one is on rotation until May!

    One hour workout is great, it fulfils cardio, jt. ROM, stretching and impove muscle strngth.
