There's a lot of armor in the game, it's just that most come from random enemy drops, I actually counted and found 87 armor sets, 20 unique helms and 5 unique chest armors. in Limgrave and the weeping peninsula alone there are 14 armor sets and 5 unique helmets you can find in and Liurnia Lakes there are 19 armor sets and 8 unique helms.

I still use it even mid to late game. It's physical defense is unrivaled for a big part of the game and if you go to the Church of Dragon Communion in Caelid then you can farm the unaltered helm which is better than the one you can find in stormvale castle. It's also more fashionable.
Just started the game a week ago. I was able to beat boss to get into Stormveil when I realized there was a sorc summon sign and switched to the three knights from jellyfish ashes. Farmed all banished. Reminded me of farming black knights in DS3!

The Guardian set is pretty nice and there are several places to farm for it in early game (pretty much around any Minor Erdtree). The mask and bracers also pair well with other chest pieces. The pieces have good stats for Immunity, Focus, and Vitality though some of them are a bit on the heavy side.
It should bt notes that the Knight set from the Twin Maidens in Roundtable Hold gets you exactly 51 poise while being very light. An excellent value for tanking an enemy hit to keep doing whatever you’re doing.
When you’re in the lake of rot, if you don the mushroom set, use the best possible talisman to boost your immunity to rot, and use the proper type of cured meat, it still only gives you about 10-15 extra seconds before you’re stricken with scarlet rot, compared to not using any protection. You could also get the beast champion set from berhnal's shack, it ruins his questline but if it doesn't matter to you, he's not that hard to take down and his armour is one of the best in the entire game
Farm the Banished Knight that patrols the area down the stairs close to the Rampart Tower Site of Grace in Stormveil Castle. With a decently upgraded Bloodhound's Fang (you can get it to +5 easily) you can do it a few times per minute. Just get him from behind as he moves away from the bottom of the stairs towards the archway and crit him before he turns, following immediately with a Finesse as he gets back up and he should go down quickly. Rinse and repeat a few dozen times and BAM! full Banished Knight Set before the first Demigod.
Just as a tip for my fellow tarnished who may be newbies like I am to the game; I found dual bleed greatswords worked well against him. Jump attack as he comes in, execute your combo, backroll out of his aoe. Rinse / repeat. Use potions as needed on the backroll if you get caught. Watch out for the aoe, it hits like a truck, but has a slight delay so you can dodge it pretty easily so long as he doesn't catch you sleeping. Good luck!
8:37 if you don't want to be bothered with the Gate town, simply teleport to the Laskyar ruins site of grace, and get into the center building, where a portal will send you straight to the entrance of the Academy. I have never, in my six playthroughs, gone through that Academy Gate Town path lol.
For the real drip, one must obtain the banish knight unaltered chest piece. Only 2 banish knights in the entire game drop it Both are found at castle sol. Good luck though, they might as well be mini bosses.
Banished knights in general, I have a tough time figuring out their rhythm. To beat them, I usually have to start with a backstab, quick cast a melee range spell, and get some guard counters in.
If you're willing to lose karma and his quest rewards, bernahl's armor is one of the best sets in the entire game, and can get it right out the gate if you manage to defeat him
Best armor set in the game for me is the banished knight set. Has some of the highest defenses of any armor in the game, and you can get it's parts super early as the enemies it drops from are in stormveil castle. The only downside is it's on the heavy side, but it's sheer defensive values more than make up for it. It's also one of the cooler looking armor sets in the game as well.
I like the look of some of the banished knights pieces, but I always find myself going back to the Crucible axe/tree armors. My main build power-stances with Guardian's Swordspears and I like to include a buckler + misericorde for parry crits. Crucible armor has a significantly better poise to weight ratio than any other heavy armor set in the game, so it's the only way I can reach the 69 poise threshold while staying medium.
You missed the Beast Champion set. You can get it by killing Bernahl in the War Master Shack. It takes a lot of weight to use, but it's very strong, expecially for early game.
I bought this game at launch and had so much trouble with it I never played, just recently got into the game and your videos have been such a godsend for figuring out the world. Thank you.
If you're having trouble beating Istvan, here's some tips. If you have to heal, get your distance from him to bait out either his jump attack or gravity sword art and use the long animation of those attacks to heal. His gravity attack can be rolled away from in the first few frames if you're fast enough. Despite that the purple gravity wave appears on the ground, it can't be jumped over. It will still pull you in if you're midair. Don't expect to hit him with any combos. Hit him once and get some space or use only guard counters with the heater shields or other 100% physical shields. Use a fast weapon, he is fast enough to hit you when you before your guard counter swing. I personally can't parry him or backstab him, but maybe someone out there can. I'd say guard counters are gonna be your only option. Don't forget to pick up your runes between fights.
Warmasters shack in northern limgrave. If you kill the vendor you get the beastmaster set which is a great heavy set. Chest comes altered so change it back to have the cape and will improve the stats. Also you get his ball bearing so you can still buy the ashes of war he sells
Use your vids more then any others for my Elden ring playthroughs No way to remember where everything is You are such a good dude. So helpful and kind Ty for all your work I appreciate these videos so much ❤
To the same effect as everyone suggesting the Banished Knight set, you can also farm the Cleanrot set at the grace near Commander Niall in the rot swamp in Caelid. VERY good set in my experiences
I absolutely LOVE your conversational narration and your editor did a superb job. Liked, subscribed, and i am excited to see the rest of your elden ring videos!
Moment for me here: I was just yesterday stuck with the two crucible knights bosses for like an hour or more, I was so done for it that I opened to check guides on how to do it 🥲, I saw a guide that just tells u to parry and critical hit and he made it look soooo easy. Im the WORST person at parrying. But I went to try it then i got one parry then couldnt get the critical hit then continued to die forever, but atleast i left the game happy cuz I parried once in my life 😂😅
*Or or... If it is your first play through. Just start out as a Samurai and you have Fantastic Starter Armor with No runes, no time wasted, and no fighting. To each there own but it is a very forgiving starting class and also with an Insane Starter Weapon!*
3:27 I'm still using this area to farm runes, the Vulgar-Militia Goblin-men give around 1000ru each, & they're all over the place! If I'm missing somewhere better let me know, as I've only just defeated Godrick 2 days ago. Thanks for the video👍 11:57 Haha nicely done👌
There's also a canyon off the north of liurnia lake that you can rundown to get to the ruin strewn precipice. The route you took near carian manor was interesting though, I had no idea it would connect. Also... a dragon attacked me near the area of the rulers set when after taking the lift, I went back and faught makar.
Ty all I've just started playing this game and its my 1st from software game so I'm learning slowly and I haven't fought any main bosses yet i am having a blast 😀 just exploring and opening up my map but I'm reading everything and watching every video to learn what I can. My favorite starter class has to be prisoner
Everyone has a plan until you put on Radhans set. In my opinion the Banished Knight set is my favorite set in the whole game with Scaled being number 2. I'm all about the Knightly looks.
The tree sentinel armour set is also a very good option, I remember it being one of the first armour sets I had found despite it being in Auriza Hero's Grave on the outskirts of the Royal capital. It's quite a challenge traversing the dungeon however, it is possible to get the armour by activating a Margit's shackle, bought from Patches in Murkwater Cave or the Twin Maidens Husks after giving them Patches bell bearing, at any point in front of the Chariots. It requires zero bosses from the start of the game as long you use the Dectus Lift to get to Altus Plateau.
Margits shackle is also a great tool to preemptively uncover any hidden walls in a dungeon. This also gives you peace of mind because your brain wont force you to attack a wall because a message says so even though youre 99% sure its a lie.
Started my ER journey the same way I usually did my DS2 ones.. getting the big bonk greatsword along with a mace, but not having any idea what armor to wear. Went to the Roundtable, got my hands on the knight set, played about quarter of my entire playthrough wearing it.. not realizing that this set is PERFECT in the fact that it has exactly 51 poise, the recommended absolute minimum for PvE that can let you withstand most of the light attacks in the game. Typically, Leyndell difficulty spike got the better of me, and that was after I stopped using the knight set. Started using it again after defeating Vyke on the mountaintops, this time knowing it also has exactly 51 poise which became my current fashion (especially fitting since I did the frenzied flame ending, but not before doing save backups to get the achievements for the other endings lmao) Seriously, just get the knight set if you don't plan on light rolling, it can make your life easier without realizing it
As this is very much geared to new players to Elden Ring, I'd probably add that you want to be a bit careful about going to Altus Plateau too early as there are a few other things besides Rya's questline that can get skipped if you go to Altus before you've done them. Not much that isn't salvageable for the major questlines but you can miss out on some stuff or make things harder for yourself if you're not careful. Definitely worth checking some guides (or more videos on this channel) if you're new to the game and not sure!
@@VadeInSpiritu just things like some quests get stuck behind beating Radahn once you've started the festival I guess? Not game ruining, but not great if you're really underlevelled and trying to beat Radahn just to progress a completely unrelated quest. There's probably others but I'm not the best person to ask. I'd just heard going to Altus really early could mess up some quests so I thought I should add that on here.
Appreciate the content as always. My early additions: Tree sentinel armor - If you're going to the altus plateau early, dip in the hero grave with a shackle. Use the shackle to cheese the chariots. I recommend the medallion over magma wyrm. You can nab the sore seal while getting one half. Bloodhound and gelmir knight armor - run into the gelmir hero grave and take out the lone bloodhound knight for both sets. He is super cheesable with the craftable fire pots. Clean rot - the lone clean rot knight close to the site in eastern garlic swamp.
Thank you so much! I' m near mid-game so i didn't really need to watch the video. But I like watching these types of videos just so i can see what i missed! Also I like how you added a bit of personality to your video ex. 12:00 LMAOO. Personally I've never had a moment like that, but when I was playing with my friend he absolutely obliterated the invisible scarab with an unsheathe move. My mouth was hanging for a solid minute LOL.
I'm surprised the Twinned Armor wasn't included here. After my first play through I've always gunned it to Altus Plateau for one item or another, and resting at any grace up there progresses the story enough to get the set (without slaying D).
Unexpectedly well played moment for me - I was playing Dark Souls 3 and was invaded, at a point where I really didn't have any good gear, and the other guy had clearly done this a fair bit before. I was outside the tower on the high wall with a dragon atop it, and had the brainwave of letting the dragon do the work. I ran outside, getting the invader to follow me, then pegged the dragon with a couple of arrows, and ducked back inside again just as it bathed the entire area with fire, taking out the invader. Million to one chance, and I wish I could have seen the guy's face when it happened.
Personal favourite of mine is the Tree sentinel armor set. Not particularly special but its surprisingly easy to get considering how underleveled you will inevitably be. Its all the way up near leyndell, aka the furthest you can get without actually fighting anything and to get it you dont actually have to fight anything, you just gotta juke chariots and do some parcour (Easy parcour mind you, its literally just controlled dropping onto ledges) and then hit one pillar that wont even fight back and if you die after you did that you already have the armor. Its incredibly easy but the armor looks dope and is surpisingly strong. I started samurai and suddenly having poise immediately caught me offguard because it felt so good. I also felt that with that armor I do more damage which I doubt actually happened but it definately is worthwile getting for how effortless you can get it. To put it into perspective you literally dont have to fight ANYTHING at all. Plus if you grab all the graces you will have basically mapped out every essential area before leyndell so thats good. I also grabbed the Sword of Night and Flame too and I still run that alongside the erdshield (Okay thats not that easy to get because you have to kill two tree sentinels in altus so uh...) But thats a very solid loadout that works pretty well against everything
I’m super late to the game (had it for around 2 weeks but i’ve loved fromsoft since ds remastered! Anyway, 12:30 as a joke when i started a new character to play through the game with my friend we just went straight to margit and i made a “let me solo him” joke, which i then did flawlessly with a standard uchi 😂 bare in mind it took me nearly 15 hours to figure out where the margit fight was not 2 weeks earlier! 😂
This wasn't in Elden Ring but I had an incident like your scarab one shot in GTA Online. Another player was trying to kill me and was flying on one of those hovering, flying motorbikes and by sheer fluke, I shot him as he was zooming down in an arc towards me!
Same bro!!!! I've done that with the invisible scarab in Caelid I think it was. The one next to Selia right outside the crystal tunnel. Probably the best achievement I have in Elden Ring tbh lol
12:25 only time smth like that happened was when i found a way to get bolt of gransax before godfrey by accidentally using a tree to negate fall damage
Loved having some good early game suggestions. I think the banished set is easier to get than the scaled set by an incredibly wide margin. It also provides better protection. I don't know if you've gotten any feedback and./or adjusted your style since this video but you skipped around a lot with the footage when making your way to places, that made following your guide to said places pretty frustrating sometimes. I suggest using a speedup instead of cutting out portions of the trip.
While you're at the Isolated Merchant in Greyoll's Dragonbarrow, grab the beast-repellant torch as well. I keep it on my left hand almost all of the time and it's absolutely invaluable if you run into a pack of wolves or rats as it lets you tackle them one at a time. It also keeps the caelid dogs out of your way. I've cheesed my way past a great deal of trouble using this torch.
An awesome moment for me was I am terrible at dodge timing, a was facing the tree sentinel in limgrave, we both had 1 hit left and I used the blood hound fang skill to dodge his strike and kill him
I use armor because they are here and cosmetic, but i think the damage mitigation is always so small whatever the armor, it is almost useless, if a boss will 2 shot you, he will do as such whatever your armor :)
i think there is a third way to get up to the Atlus Platau and iirc its by first taking a detour to the Volcano manor by dying the iron maiden enemy in the academy at the bottom of the lift. then try get out of the Volcano Manor and ride eastwards.
Subbed not only for your quality content, but because you just legitimately have an awesome personality. Keep up the levity and fun in these videos - its clear you have a lot of love and passion for them (and clutch scarab kill btw lol)
Atv17:02 if you are stealthy enough to grab the uchigatana with the bleed effect or the scavenger sword with the same effect and for mobility switched to medium armor and explore for ash of war with bleed effect then this invasion is much easier becailuse the blood state effect stats if provided by the weapon you wield
8:11 this section is really vague, hence the reason it's the most replayed part of the video with people trying to figure it out, "just the other side of the Temple Quarter is an unspecified site of grace and north of this unspecified site of grace is where you want to go..." EDIT: Just in case anyone is looking for this location it's the small island exactly due west from the large main island with the settlement on, miles and miles away from where I was looking following this guide!
Another good but not pretty early piece of armor is the tabard dropped by the hat wearing gray grunts in limgrave. It has nice balaced stats for its weight and high immunity making it a good option for poison and rot areas.
I'm new to elden ring and I loved this video bc I keep getting random armour off npcs and this video helped me so much to get actual good armour thanks man
If you’re going into Raya Lucaria anyways you can get to My Gelmir by getting captured by the maiden at the bottom of the lift you were on earlier so there are actually 3 ways to get to the Altus Plateau.
Also there is a glitch to get into Leyndell capital early from the trap chest in SW Weeping peninsula. You only need the ruptured crystal tear from the Liurnia tree avatar and good timing to survive the drop from the big elevator shaft. Once down you can easily grab some goodies nearby like a somber stone 6 (if you don't wan't to battle the falling star beast in Caelid for one), the lightning whetblade and the coded sword. I think you don't break any quests as long as you don't rest in a grace point other than the divine bridge one the chest warps you to. Search Leyndell elevator skip for how to do it.
For the new players, if you plan on getting these armors in the Altus Plateau very early on, you might not want to touch any site of grace there. Doing so will skip several npc quests and storylines. Just an FYI. 🧐
Fun story and fact: Idk if its a bug but you can find Istvan from Volcano manor request before you get the actual request. The red pool is just there and you can easily find it while exploring. I found him level 2 (10 with Samurai) and boi was that fight fun lol. Wasn't hard but took me few minutes lol.
If you feel like doing the ridiculous run to go get the key to enter Raya Lucaria and run halfway through the Academy, then the Carian Knight set is badass looking and has decent defense that will serve you well into mid game even further depending on different things. It can be done as early as you want, even before beating Margit. Usually I'll farm some early sets off Knights or other enemies.
Quick tip if you have a friend. If you're starting as anything but the Vagabond then make one, get to where you can summon, drop the armor (and maybe weapons) for your friend, go onto your main character and have your friend drop all the stuff for you, you could also start with a health amulet and drop that then start with the gold seed on your main to technically get 2 burial gifts, it's what I did with my sorc.
@@Redd_Reign yea i guess but in my mind its not intentional as you need a friend to pull it off..... its the same as getting rushed in a mmo.... what you did loweres the difficulty thats inherant in souls games hence cheating..... its like kicking a golf ball to a new position to make the shot easier you can call it whatever you want in your head but theres to many factors for that not to be cheating You sir are the reason video games are so limiting now a days now theyll restrict trading so that cant happen in theory so players cant get rushed completly losing trading .... dont think it will happen..... I'd advise against the scaled set of armor if you care about completing quest lines. As starting volcano manor can lock you out of certain quest lines. If you don't care about quest lines, killing Knight Bernahl when you first meet him at the war master's shack site of grace (just south of where you'd go for the scaled armor) lands you an arguably better armor set.
17:00 Just a head up mate, you can break the poise of Ishtvan with a combo of ancient death rancor and any multi hit ash of war, Stance of Night and Flame being both the best for hit count and damage. Also, the skulls from Ancient Death Rancor will stun him for a half sec each, holding him down essentially for the sword beam.

@@doomrider7 that's an option. Plus, those two from the cathedral drop the unaltered helm as well. The unaltered armor is very late game, though.
He cant come through the door so I just cheesed him through the wall
Carian Knight set is gorgeous. My favourite in the full game is Mohg’s robe with the ronin helmet however
Just as a tip for my fellow tarnished who may be newbies like I am to the game; I found dual bleed greatswords worked well against him.
I have never, in my six playthroughs, gone through that Academy Gate Town path lol.
same 🤣
For the real drip, one must obtain the banish knight unaltered chest piece.
Those fuckers... omfg they are a pain in the ass to farm, took me like two days to get that damn chest piece to drop
If you're willing to lose karma and his quest rewards, bernahl's armor is one of the best sets in the entire game, and can get it right out the gate if you manage to defeat him
Bernahl's armor set unaltered is definitely one of the coolest looking sets aswell
exactly, its unbeaten till well after my entrance to the capital
Thanks man
Best armor set in the game for me is the banished knight set.
You can get the tree sentinel armor at lvl 1 without killing any bosses at the start of the game too.
Ok, I’m listening

How so ?

Sky Shot is so handy for the Liturgical Town. Most enemies, in fact. Hide behind a barrier whilst still locked on + fire arrow(s) = victory.
Great video, and i did rly enjoy the segment where you hit and ran the scarab! So satisfying since i have a hard time killing them aswell
You missed the Beast Champion set. You can get it by killing Bernahl in the War Master Shack. It takes a lot of weight to use, but it's very strong, expecially for early game.
The unaltered version with blue hood and the moonveil great sword is what I main. I love all the blue!
They may have nerfed the Mushroom Set somewhat as I recently used it and while it slows rot down it is a long way from stopping it.
I bought this game at launch and had so much trouble with it I never played, just recently got into the game and your videos have been such a godsend for figuring out the world. Thank you.
The set in village of the A is really good too and makes you immune to dying from poison which at this level helps
Do his quest first so you can get the raging wolf set
Use your vids more then any others for my Elden ring playthroughs
No way to remember where everything is
You are such a good dude.
So helpful and kind
Ty for all your work
I appreciate these videos so much ❤
To the same effect as everyone suggesting the Banished Knight set, you can also farm the Cleanrot set at the grace near Commander Niall in the rot swamp in Caelid. VERY good set in my experiences
I absolutely LOVE your conversational narration and your editor did a superb job. Liked, subscribed, and i am excited to see the rest of your elden ring videos!
Here for the 100physical negation copper shield from the starting area
“I main samurai” - 🤓
I always start as that class
3:27 I'm still using this area to farm runes, the Vulgar-Militia Goblin-men give around 1000ru each, & they're all over the place! If I'm missing somewhere better let me know, as I've only just defeated Godrick 2 days ago. Thanks for the video👍
11:57 Haha nicely done👌
Lennes rise is a good early farming spot
I think for having just killed Godrick that's a pretty good area to farm runes, I also used that spot for rune farming early game and it worked great!
Just don't watch the walk throughs unless you're really stuck. Maybe just use the wiki if you're stumped
Started using it again after defeating Vyke on the mountaintops, this time knowing it also has exactly 51 poise which became my current fashion (especially fitting since I did the frenzied flame ending, but not before doing save backups to get the achievements for the other endings lmao)
Seriously, just get the knight set if you don't plan on light rolling, it can make your life easier without realizing it
As this is very much geared to new players to Elden Ring, I'd probably add that you want to be a bit careful about going to Altus Plateau too early as there are a few other things besides Rya's questline that can get skipped if you go to Altus before you've done them. Not much that isn't salvageable for the major questlines but you can miss out on some stuff or make things harder for yourself if you're not careful. Definitely worth checking some guides (or more videos on this channel) if you're new to the game and not sure!
Can you give us some more info?
Yeah like what?
@@VadeInSpiritu just things like some quests get stuck behind beating Radahn once you've started the festival I guess? Not game ruining, but not great if you're really underlevelled and trying to beat Radahn just to progress a completely unrelated quest. There's probably others but I'm not the best person to ask. I'd just heard going to Altus really early could mess up some quests so I thought I should add that on here.
GREAT video!! I am just constantly getting killed in this game but I love it and keep trying, great narration and tips, will be watching for more
Thank you for the quality content and please keep the good work.
Appreciate the content as always.
My early additions:
Tree sentinel armor - If you're going to the altus plateau early, dip in the hero grave with a shackle.
What a great video. The voice, the editing, the information and the humor was simply charming and perfect. Cheers to you m8
Was fighting a Lynel in totk and FINALLY perfect dodged one of its horn swipes where it rears back. Had never done it before, and was so happy!
Great as always dom! Love this series please keep them coming
The Tree Sentinel set looks great and has amazing poise, you can get it without fighting after getting to Altus
just with the Intro you got me my friend, you are so politely and kind with all of us, thank you for that Sr!
Thank you so much bro! This helped hella😀
Thanks for the video and... Please! A guide for spells and talismans would be awesome!
They are coming 😁 Hopefully will be uploaded in the next week 😊
Bit late but thx for this. Channel has become my Go-To for ER guides. Complete info and easy to follow. Cheers mate
oh man... I got this Xmas 2023 and I'm watching this now. love how at the end you say DLC on the horizon a year ago. LOL.
This guy is so wholesome and his guides so helpful I love it, Imma sub
Great guides! I subbed. Just started playing this game. I got the Uchigatana and I love it. Now lets get the early armor!
12:05 Nice shot on that invisible scarab my dude! 😁💪🏻
Love your videos Dom! That invisible scarab smack was epic!
Bro thnk u u r so kind … i instantly liked the video bcz of ur introduction
An awesome moment for me was I am terrible at dodge timing, a was facing the tree sentinel in limgrave, we both had 1 hit left and I used the blood hound fang skill to dodge his strike and kill him
I use armor because they are here and cosmetic, but i think the damage mitigation is always so small whatever the armor, it is almost useless, if a boss will 2 shot you, he will do as such whatever your armor :)
Yeah, it makes more sense to care about damage reduction once you've pumped vitality.
i think there is a third way to get up to the Atlus Platau and iirc its by first taking a detour to the Volcano manor by dying the iron maiden enemy in the academy at the bottom of the lift.
then try get out of the Volcano Manor and ride eastwards.
Man alive you have shown me so many things I have missed and need to redo lol thank you
Subbed not only for your quality content, but because you just legitimately have an awesome personality. Keep up the levity and fun in these videos - its clear you have a lot of love and passion for them (and clutch scarab kill btw lol)
As a new player i find your guides extremely helpful.....thank you so much for making them!!!!!
Bro I felt like I was in a lecture or class than watching an instructional vid 😂 ...u make great vids and got the voice for this ...keep it up
Thx for getting straight to the point this video really helped me out
If you having a hard time with NPC invasions a great spell to learn is Night Comet. You can spam it and they will not dodge it.
Another good but not pretty early piece of armor is the tabard dropped by the hat wearing gray grunts in limgrave. It has nice balaced stats for its weight and high immunity making it a good option for poison and rot areas.
I'm new to elden ring and I loved this video bc I keep getting random armour off npcs and this video helped me so much to get actual good armour thanks man
thumbs up for the mounted drive by scarab kill!
Does going to Atlus Plato and Volcano Manor so early make you skip any NPC quests back in Limgrave? Like Rogerio or Blaidd or the Peninsula stuff?
I think I've spent the first part of my recent games rocking the Kaiden Armor chest, it's SO cool looking I just wish it lasted longer.
For the new players, if you plan on getting these armors in the Altus Plateau very early on, you might not want to touch any site of grace there. Doing so will skip several npc quests and storylines. Just an FYI. 🧐
Istvan’s gravity magic was such a pain at lower levels.
I usually grab scaled set from volcano manor invasions pretty early.
What about the weapon art guy you can kill at the start for his super awesome heavy armor?
Thank you so much for this. I've been wearing a patchwork of dropped armor pieces and I'm at level 61
Thank you for the video. I got the knights armor after watching this. 👍👍
@11:46 These are actually caused by Loretta shooting and cease after she's killed and you get the greatbow spell.
Nice video, helped me alot but i got lost on the last location for the mushroom armour
So you cheated lol
@@stevenhenson4956 I call it a clever use of game mechanics, you can call it cheating if you don't want to use it.
@@Redd_Reign yea i guess but in my mind its not intentional as you need a friend to pull it off..... its the same as getting rushed in a mmo.... what you did loweres the difficulty thats inherant in souls games hence cheating..... its like kicking a golf ball to a new position to make the shot easier you can call it whatever you want in your head but theres to many factors for that not to be cheating
You sir are the reason video games are so limiting now a days now theyll restrict trading so that cant happen in theory so players cant get rushed completly losing trading .... dont think it will happen..... But i digress gaming is going the way of the dodo anyways probably wasting my time trying to save it.... continue cheating
@@stevenhenson4956 If it was cheating it wouldn't be possible.
You sir just like to complain about whatever you can find.
I love the mixed chain set. I always go for that set on a new play through
got the octohead drop like 2 hrs in during my second beach encounter with them ,then the black flame guy at base of tower before skinny godskin noble boss dropped his chest piece -they work really well together with arms n legs i picked
First time playing any soulslike game ever, started as a wretch cuz i saw how people talked about it, and i sneaked my way around to farming an armor set from the Gatefront guards, very rewarding. Then i found the merchant in Weeping Peninsula for his armor set, loved it
Same!! I e never played any souls game, started as a wretch because it seemed the most “balanced,” 😂. Man! My first, probably 60-75 hours of the game, I played without even knowing there was a horse I could get!! I went all the way through Caelid without a horse or summons or crafting! I was so grateful to find out about Torrent!!
@@jcase6199 bruh that's just torture 🤣 wow
